Way over priced and I forgot I even ordered the item. I got an email saying great news order will arrive in about a week. We'll I ordered about a month ago. Found the same items for a third of the cost but according to there refund policy you have to pay the shipping cost to out of the country. Still haven't received the item and glad it was only $30. Never again this company is out of China and a ripp off.

This company is a rip off. I ordered watercolors rom them. Never got an order number or any notification. I inquired about my order. They said it had been dispatched. Of course they took my money on March 7, 2026. April 10,2026, I sent another email asking about my order and requested a tracking number. No, tracking number, no order number given. A few days go I e.ailed them again asking where my order was. I get a reply saying my order was delivered on April 21,2026, but to OHIO!! I live in Maryland! I don't know anyone in Ohio! Now, they expect me to prove I sent them my address in Maryland when I placed my order by sending an order number they never gave me!! They basically stole my money!! They are awful, a scam. BEWARE

I ordered a box of mini perfumes packed in individual boxes. Today I received my order with all the boxes and no perfumes. I trusted Pinterest which says Luxinera is an approved merchant. This is a SCAM!!!
Never again will I trust a merchant advertised on Pinterest.

I placed an order on 12/14/25 and never received it. I reached out several times and got no response. No communication, no accountability. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

Should have read the reviews here before ordering my product. I did get responses to my emails about the delay in receiving my package but they were never to my benefit. Once we did receive the package too late for the event I ordered them for, they only offered a 30% refund!!! That is pennies for the actual purchase. Not even worth it.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and the item still has not been shipped. The money was taken out the account the same day as the order. I have emailed several times to cancel this order but have not heard back anything. There is no number to call and the on their website the email address was rejected. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

I placed my order september 9th and it took 3 weeks to arrive and what I got was not what I ordered. I had to do all business by email as there is no phone number to actually talk to someone. Here it is 6 weeks and I have been told "we need pictures of what I received before processing a refund. I sent pictures and now they want me to pay to return them to where---China? THIS IS A SCAM. I may never get my money back but I filed a fraud report and waiting to see what happens---BUYER BEWARE

Same as everyone else below me: contacted them 5 times it’s been over 3 months waiting for my package definitely screams scam will be contacting my bank for a refund saw this on Pinterest also makes me question Pinterest’s credibility so sad Do not buy from this site !

I have emailed them numerous times demanding a refund. U can walk a package from China and get it here faster...

BULL, THIS IS A SCAM

I placed an order with this company after seeing them advertised on Pinterest. I have emailed them THREE times about my order, no response. I question the legitimacy of this company. Since they failed to respond to me, I will contact my bank for a refund. I even checked my spam folder, nothing there. If they are legit, their customer service is horrible.
