After reviewing the order, we noted that two different delivery addresses were provided — one during checkout and another during delivery coordination. This understandably caused delays, especially in an area with multiple one-way routes, which required the courier to reroute.
That said, we completely understand how important a smooth delivery experience is, and we’re always working to improve it.

Amazing shopping experience
Truly amazing shopping experience! Very professional service, owner has an excellent knowledge of the industry and was extremely patient and helpful when recommending scents. Also very responsive on social media which was a great help to me since it was my first time with Dubai-based brands. Highly recommend :)

First time buyer happy buyer!
First time buyer happy buyer!
This was my first time buying from luxora and it won't be the last. The website is fantastic and they have great variety of new released fragrance. I decided to pick up the order myself instead of delivery and ended up getting another one that was out of stock when i place my order. Also they have testers if you don't like to blind by like me.
If you like Arabic fragrances it's worth a try won't be disappointed!
