Tried to cancel the order but they sent the bag anyway. As soon as I received it - tried to send it back but they rejected my return request. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!! Now resorting to TikTok customer service to intervene - scamming company.

You really need to look at the products carefully as they usually aren’t in the best condition which I guess is understandable as there pre loved but there are other sellers out there with the same products in much better condition also the host on the live show was clearly trying to hide the wear and tear on a bag she was showing as she’s saying it’s AB condition that’s why it was 1k+ however the host the next day was showing said bag and the inside on 1 side was filthy… She's not very knowledgeable on the items and often doesn’t make sense when talking about the bags, She was also trying to flog paper bags for £25 that you get from Louis Vuitton for FREE it’s actually quite embarrassing. There is also always a lot of comments on the live stream from unhappy customers complaining about no one replying to there messages about orders it seems to be a common occurrence! If you do decide to shop with this company do so with caution they are the RyanAir of pre loved luxury

Horrible, just horrible. NEVER. And I mean NEVER shop here.
On their live “auctions” I asked if they had a passport holder. They said yes. I purchased what they told me was a passport holder.
What arrived? A womens wallet that didn’t fit a passport along with the items STINKING of cigarettes and it had massive discolouration & scuff marks (all undisclosed and not said to me at the point of sale)
After that, messaged them, we had a short convocation that lead no where and they then aired me for 15 days. I then sent a follow up, they then said message them on WhatsApp. I’ve now been waiting 13 days for a reply.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL BE PERUSING LEGAL ACTION.

I bought my first bag from Luxos last May. Since then I’ve purchased over 35 items and out of all of them I’ve needed to return twice. The items are usually great quality and as described, both the times I needed to return was because I spotted a fault with a zip that I knew would cause issues in the future. They accepted my returns happily and the refund was made quickly. Both these items were early on in my purchasing from them and I didn’t ask enough questions to make sure the items were up to a standard I wanted, they were a fantastic price though!
They have always been as honest as possible and as long as you ask as many questions as you need to, and study the professional photos you will be fine. The team are all really friendly and very helpful as well. The lives feel like a group of regulars catching up as well as newbies joining a lovely atmosphere. Give them a try if you like luxury items at a much better value! ♥️

Daily live feeds with the team being honest in their description and showing of any pre loved items you are interested in. Often with a little bit of movement on initial price to tempt you into the purchase!! Monthly auction weekends are INCREDIBLE!

Money taken, no update on delivery for over a week, no answer to any emails, then order just cancelled out of the blue, I’ll now have to wait for the refund to be processed to get my money back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will keep your refund until you threaten to go to the police.
purchased a Chanel and Gucci bag, the Gucci was in terrible condition, asked for a refund and was declined, lucky I bought through TikTok and they intervened and over turned their rejection. Being unhappy with their service I returned the Chanel bag too. Long story short I had to threaten the police to get my £3000 refund. Terrible company.

Fast and safe delivery, and the bags always come even better than you think! Wouldn’t get a bag from everywhere else, and the prices are unbeatable, the team are so lovely and helpful, you really couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a bag !

My vintage mini speedy arrived today. It’s over 40 years old and is hardly worn. It came packaged well and next day delivery. This is my 4th item from Luxos, and the quality of these pre-loved items is second to none. I will obviously be returning to add more to my collection.
Waiting for product still and delivery note had the wrong description so messaged by WA and email was promised a response which didn't come - no idea where the item is that I ordered nor does the courier know. I will be reporting this awful company as it's clearly a scam - wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing.
I highly recommend this seller; I’ve already purchased a couple of items and they are all authentic. The customer service was excellent, and the shipping was very fast. It’s a trustworthy option that I truly appreciate.
