Nous avons apprécié l'accueil personnalisé. Venir nous chercher a été très agréable malgré le retard de notre avion.
Les échanges préparant le séjour ont été très cordiaux et simples.

abbiamo prenotato per la seconda volta. tutto è andato alla grande come previsto... se voglio essere molto critico allora mi vengono in mente solo i coltelli smussati in cucina, altrimenti tutto è di alto livello, come la prima volta...

Sicuramente uno dei migliori appartamenti affittati a Venezia negli ultimi anni: in ottimo stato, elettrodomestici di ottima marca, a due passi da tutto, vicinissimo a Piazza San Marco ma in una zona sufficientemente tranquilla.
Che altro dire? ci tornerò sicuramete!

ah non , je ne vais pas dire à tous que Luxrest est inégalable , que notre quartier était extraordinaire , que l'appartement était merveilleux ; non , tout était horrible et ne vous amusez pas à le louer pour m'empecher d'y revenir !

I warmly recommend this rental agency! The location of the apartment we rented (Santa Giustina) was ideal, combining calm and proximity to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, transportations and, of course, all the major touristic sposts of Venice. The staff is extremely kind, helpfull and efficient.Thanks to them we had a wonderful stay in Venice!

Die Buchung verlief schnell und kompetent, und nachfolgende Änderungswünschen wurden zügig erfüllt, wie wir es von Barbara gewohnt sind. Auch Check-in und -out waren bestens organisiert. San Vio Giardino ist nach Lage und Ausstattung immer unsere erste Wahl.

Excellent appartement. Calme, bien meublé, cuisine bien équipée, terrasse très agréable. Nous y retournerons.

The appartment was gorgeous. The Luxrest Venice team especially has been wonderful through all the process of the organization of the trip and during the trip. Thank you so very much to all of you, our stay in Venice was truely exceptional.

Your service was good, my apprehension to giving a higher rating was the quality of the property as it requires a serious refresh. The property itself was particularly modest in condition and was minimalistic in terms of nice touches in the kitchen as compared to lots of other short-term tourist rentals we have stayed in.
It also took a long time to rectify issues we identified.

We’ve stayed in various apartments with Luxrest. This time the apartment we wanted wasn’t available for the dates we were travelling. Barbara suggested others and we had no issues with the one we chose.
Those doing checkin and in the office have always been helpful. On checkout this time we were asked if the works in the building had disturbed us - the apartment was in a former brewery and some works are still going on.
I didn’t give them 5 stars as during our stay this time there was a strike so only an emergency service was running on the waterbuses one day and they didn’t forewarn us. We were aware and planned our day so as not to need to use any buses otherwise we’d have needed to take in the notices and the busstop which I’m not sure everyone would.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. Nous y avons séjourné deux semaines et je n'ai que des souvenirs heureux.
D'abord le groupe luxrest est d'une gentillesse et disponibilité incroyables.
L'appartement a une magnifique et très grande terrasse où il fait bon profiter de la vie et se sentir vraiment en vacances après le brouhaha de l'ile.
La division des pièces est conçue parfaitement.
L'appartement se trouve dans le Castello, Sestiere habité par des vénitien. On y trouve donc tout à proximité que ce soit restos, bars, boulangerie, fruiterie...
Nous espérons y retourner pour un autre séjour bientôt

As usual everything in the Canal Grande apartment worked out extremely well. When entering the spacious living areas with the magnificient view over the Rialto bridge and Canal Grande it is breaathtaking and you realize that you are actually on one of the iconic spots on Earth. The service provided by Luxrest-Venice is really supportive and responsive to your needs and wishes.
