The team at Lux Seat are truly customer focussed!
The team at Lux Seat are truly customer focused and a joy to work with. Norbert listened carefully to what we were looking for and adapted their standard offering to match our needs, checking in regularly to make sure everything was on track. He sent photos and videos, and was very responsive to every question and request. Norbert even delivered our order personally to ensure everything was as we wanted.
We are already planning our next order with Norbert and the Lux Seat team.

Excellent company, quality product
Excellent company, very courteous and easy to work with, ensured we met our very short deadline for a completely bespoke made to order item. Very happy and will be using again for future projects.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish, regular updates via What’s App on the stools throughout the build process was really reassuring. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again in any future projects.

Just used the services of lux seat and let me tell you the service and quality of there work is nothing less than exemplary,I can’t fault them in any way,Iv Have had new bar stools made and my dining chairs refurbished to the highest standard,I don’t usually leave reviews but if everyone run there business like these guys do life would be so much easier,thank you so much for service and quality of work second to none,look forward to dealing with you in the future,it’s an easy 5* from me 👌
