I have to say that this company really exceeded my expectations. I was nervous having bought a preloved bag before (not from Luxunalre) that really didn’t meet the description but this team if anything undersold the product which meant I was absolutely delighted with my bag. The delivery was super quick. They will be my go to in the future.

Super easy and straight forward conversation, with extra pictures and information sent over (including authentication information). Pictures were amazing quality and a good reflection of the bag.
The bag was with me the day after I paid, and arrived very well packaged. The bag itself is stunning, it is just as pictured and I love it!
