Great quality planter. Looks fab

The garden rill is great!
Couldn’t fault service

Fantastic company to deal with. Everyone in the team was extremely helpful and the product was very high quality.

The after sales service was very good with Luxunique, I ordered 2 x Black Aluminium Cube Log Stores, with one of them being slightly damaged during transportation. I contacted them and Emma ( their Director ) dealt with the issues very swiftly. Am generally happy with the quality of their products and will be looking at the garden corten edging products in the new year.

Great service, spoke on the phone to deal with some of my queries, and helped me make the right choices for our purchase. The products arrived on time and as described (corten steel log store cubes) and are now sitting happily in our garden storing logs. Great product and well engineered. I'll be buying from them again soon!

Great company to deal with. Always on time with bespoke products for our garden installs

Steven has been very helpful in discussions on design and construction, giving his time and expertise generously. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish - many thanks.

Good communication and very pleasant and helpful people. The item was delivered ahead of shedule and is beautifully made. We are very happy with the pond and the service from Lux Unique.

Bespoke Corten retaining wall. Great product, really well engineered and manufactured. Many thanks

Very helpful over the phone, responded quickly. Managed expectations re lead-in times from sign off and all dates met. Product itself was exactly as designed and agreed.

From concept to delivery the team were engaged and professional. My bespoke water feature is exactly as I hoped it would be. Gorgeous!

Absolutely amazing customer service, patient and fast to respond. I ordered multiple powder coated retaining walls and a planter. Incredibly high quality.

everything about my experience from ordering, asking questions about the product, communication, delivery etc was excellent. I love my trough planter and was even more impressed with the quality once I received it. I would highly recommend this company and the owners and plan to order more things in the future.

Excellent service, clear about delivery and lead-in times. All deadlines met, so efficient and friendly. Bespoke product arrived all as signed off design.

Fairly professional company. Efficient & speedy turn around on design & production & delivery.

Really impressed by this company, from ordering being so easy, and the borders and planters being terrific quality. They are expensive but the steel is going to last as it’s genuinely 3mm thick. It’s a small company and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The road suddenly became closed on our scheduled delivery day, I emailed on a Sunday they replied on a Sunday and they put it on next day so it arrived before the road shut for two weeks at no extra charge to me. The information on the order is great as they tell you how many kgs they are going to be and how many litres of soil you will need, when they are being custom made. Can’t recommend them more. Thank you Emma and Lux Unique team.

Good communication, clear information and Lux ensure you are ordering exactly what you need. Reasonable turn around time. Very high quality product which will look good and last for ever. Top addition to the garden.
