Comme tous les autres avis je n'ai malheureusement pas vu les avis avant d'avoir commandé. J'ai donc commandé le 7 décembre 2024 et on est début février et rien? Je n'ai qu'un mail indiquant que ma commande est en préparation wtf, je pense ne jamais la recevoir donc j'ai vraiment le seum, faites gaffe

Do not use. Awful business. Products are a scam, images are stolen from other sites, the returns policy is a disgrace. Its basically robbery - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Se potessi dare 0 lo darei. Ho fatto un ordine il 22/12/2024 e ancora non mi è arrivato il pacco.
Non comprate da questo sito. Una gran truffa.

No se merece ni una sola estrella. Más de un mes esperando a que me llegara un vestido, cuando supuestamente iba a llegar en dos semanas. El material es una porquería, y por supuesto, para nada se asemeja a lo que aparece en la foto. 40 euros tirados a la basura, para que luego no te contesten ni a una devolución. Si lo llego a saber, leo antes los comentarios. Pondría una foto de lo que pides y de lo que te llega, pero es bochornoso. En resumen, NO COMPRÉIS EN ESTA TIENDA, ES UNA ESTAFA.

Ordinato abito che non era assolutamente quella che loro proponevano . Arrivata dopo 1 mese ma non quella ordinata e di pessima qualità Abbiamo fatto due email di contestazione ma non rispondono . Tenetevi lontano da questo sito. Assistenza zero

After one month I finally get my dress and it was a shit show!!! Very poor quality and it did look nothing like the picture I wish I had read the reviews before…

Avoid!! Ordered a jumpshit on 27th nov it arrived mid dec and jt was too small. Im still battling yo try and return. They dont respond then they respond with the same message. Do not order from here

Would be NO stars but couldn’t do. Ordered coat before Christmas. Says delivered but not received !!!! Contacted customer services 8 times . NO response and very out of pocket … DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Ich würde nicht mal einen Stern geben. Bloß nicht da bestellen! Minderwertige Ware, Kleider sind durchsichtig und nicht annähernd wie beschrieben. Eine Retoure wurde nicht eingeräumt. Fall liegt nun bei Paypal.

It’s been 3 weeks I ordered a dress. I am still waiting I don’t know if they send it or not and I read the comment about the customer’s services like what it will be awful.

I ordered a viral leopard print hoodie which was trending online. The pictures were clearly from another website as the product came looking totally different and the quality was AWFUL. I requested a return and was offered a discount code 4 times! They fought for me to not get my money back and I was so fed up with the back and forth emailing I accepted a partial refund. I asked for a return address and said do not offer me a partial refund again and was not listened to. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIT PRODUCTS!!

The photos advertised are clearly from another website as the item I received was nothing like it. The quality is awful and the material is cheap. No return address and have emailed them several times and have had no response. Very unsatisfied

Ordered on the 13th of November and today is the 12th of December , website says 24/7 customer service ( load of shit). Ordered for my works Christmas party and not had any tracking information sent to me even though you have to pay £4.50 secure parcel tracking ! Fuming about it as now got to pay for a new dress. Don’t recommend don’t waste your money

Faulty goods and had to fight for only a partial refund! They advertise as in Europe but are based in China. They want you to post goods back in an expensive way to put you off claiming a refund. Poor customer service and quality. Avoid this company!!!
