Awesome experience selling a watch

Worked with Luxury Bazaar to sell a Breguet Marine watch. I've been comfortable buying online, but somewhat hesitant to sell online.

My process went like this: I reached out to a few online retailers, uploaded photos and comments, and then waited. Luxury Bazaar / Adrian came back first and offered a competitive price.

I felt comfortable with the business risk since (a) you are dealing with a real person who is very knowledgable (please see their Youtube channel), (b) great online reviews and (c) a real website with a physical location.

The actual transaction went very smoothly with payment via bank transfer completed in 24 hours.

Definitely worth exploring in case you need to sell a timepiece.

Terrible

Terrible, beware!!!
Bought a bracelet, never delivered, they wont refund, having to file dispute, terrible customer service!!!see reply;gladly refund me ,LOL, been trying to get refund for days ,FedEx said package was damaged and empty, Yes let's see the refund I have been asking for!!!!

The best customer service experience…

The best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I have purchased from multiple online companies before, but I never had an experience where I received more value than what I have perceived to pay for. Great responsive time and excellent agents who provide useful information to taylor my choices towards the product that I like. Like Roman would say “buy what you like”. Excellent Luxury Consignor!

I have purchased 2 high end items from Luxury Bazaar and both were great experiences. The first was a pair of rare Van Cleef & Arpels triple fleurette cluster earrings, and the second was a pair of vintage yellow gold pave leaf earrings. Both stunning and arrived in perfect, like new condition, with very fast shipping and very personable sales associates. I look forward to many more purchases in the future! Highly recommended (and for reference, I am a long-time collector of estate, heritage, and high jewelry).

I love shopping at Luxury Bazaar

I love shopping at Luxury Bazaar. They have great merchandise and excellent prices. Also, what is so important to me, they have an excellent customer service. My only recommendation would be to offer a prepaid return shipping label when the customer is in need.

This website has been a great…

This website has been a great experience for me. I searched the web extensively for Stephen Webster, mens jewelry. I found it on Luxury Bazaar, I have purchased 6 mens rings from this site. Everything is exactly;y as described. Their prices are lower than comparable offerings. The jewelry I purchased all came with original tags, all verified as genuine. I must admit I was initially nervous about buying jewelry on line but this company made the experience easy and comfortable. Everything arrived quickly by Fedex and they always offered easy returns if I wanted. I did speak to customer service a number of times to ask specific questions on some of the rings which they very quickly and fully answered. I can comfortably recommend this company for anybody seeking to buy jewelry

Excellent experience every time

I have made several purchases from LuxuryBazaar. Every time, the designer jewelry was stunning and arrived in an excellent condition—as described. LB also does an excellent job communicating and ships purchases right away.

False advertisemen. Not in stock

Items advertised with good prices online but never in stock. Have tried to do business with them couple times but every time item is available on their website for purchase but when you contact them they say its out of stock and still leave it on their website. Roman also many times offered discount pricing in his youtube videos if you directly purchase from them
And not thru chrono24 or website but that is a lie as well. If anything they charge extra for credit card transactions . Thats why i decided to not even bother with them

Poor website and bad customer service

Ordered through their website a $38 item. Received no order confirmation email that is standard with e-commerce transactions. Fedex sent me a notice that I was receiving a package from Luxury Bazaar (email was not from Luxury Bazaar but it was sent to me because I have a Fedex account that notifies me of all shipments to me). I tried to redirect the package to a Fedex pickup location as it is impossible for me to be home during the Fedex delivery hours; Fedex www informed me that it was restricted by the shipper so that no delivery changes can be made. Sent email via Luxury Bazaar webform to change restrictions. Upon sending this email I received a blank page with no confirmation (no error code; no confirmation; a completely blank page). Did not receive response from the email. The next day I called the company at the phone # listed on their www page. A "receptionist" answered the phone at what should have been the customer service department. I informed her of my problem. She did NOT ask my name nor my order # nor my contact information. She informed me that shipping restrictions could not be lifted because of their insurance policy. I pointed out that this was a $38 order. She said that their company's orders range from $38 to over $1,000,000 orders. I did not see how this pertained to my problem but it actually pointed out the absurdity of the policy as it pertains to my order. I informed her that the order would be returned to her company as I cannot receive it. She said that was okay. Luxury Bazaar will now be spending as much money on shipping, customer service (?), and return shipping that is probably close to the cost of the actual order. To me that represent very poor customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience with LuxuryBazaar.com. First, I would like to apologize for the experience you had. We've had some technical trouble lately due to increased traffic and it looks like we've sorted it all out.

Regarding our shipping policy, it is a blanket policy that we do not allow rerouting of packages whether for $1 or $1,000,000 due to the methods that scammers are using these days. This is a policy to protect our customers and is not meant to cause an issue.

We do have an amazing customer service team and if you would have spoken with any member of that team via phone, livechat, or email, they would have gone out of their way to accommodate you.

Since our end goal is always a satisfied customer, we are willing to take a financial loss when it comes to shipping and return which is why that is always an option.

Again, I sincerely apologize for your experience and I hope you give us a chance to correct it.

Ordered a omega braclet size 7 inches…

Ordered a omega braclet size 7 inches sent wrong one to big was supposed to come with box no box not even a omega bag no guarantee not happy this was supised to be a gift to big no box no reply well out of pocket 61 pounds postage 40 pounds tax plus what i paid expensive for braclet to big and no guarantee it not fake only orded as stated 7 inch i already own 3 onega braclets and never been sent one without onega oackaging and paperwork so not happy that what makes me not convinced about athenticity

Sold a high-quality replica complete with very nice bogus documents and case in place of the real thing. Watches are hard to vet for authenticity, but it was a replacement item for one my wife had owned, so she spotted it right away. A bunch of BS about the watch being legit but the strap and case not, promised to fix it, delay delay delay. My wife freaked out, then they promised to take it back, delay delay, wouldn't take it back. If I had more time to deal with things like this, I would have sued them.

They also managed to remove my previous review which was a vastly more succinct version of this. According to my records, "You sent a payment of 2995.00 USD to Luxury Bazaar (accounting[at]luxurybazaar.com)" via Paypal on Aug 1, 2013 14:05:14 GMT-04:00.

Terrific service and fine prices

My salesman, Adrian, has treated me well. Sold me a wonderful gold Omega at a better price than I could fine elsewhere; lots of helpful communication, rapid courteous service, and tolerant of my suspicions (I had not done business with them in the past). I'm glad I found this company. No hesitation in buying from them again.
