I just want to say THANK YOU to Luxury Bazaar and more specifically, THANK YOU to Marco. If you are in the market for a used or new luxury watch, there is no better place to shop than Luxury Bazaar. I have been a fan of Luxury Bazaar since the inception of their YouTube channel. It has long been my desire to do business with the LB Team. I reached out to Marco to inquire about a discontinued 39mm Rolex Explorer. I shared with Marco the year and exact model I was looking for. Within an hour, Marco had found the watch and reached out to offer what I consider to be the best priced offer on the market. The next day my watch arrived and it was better than expected. In fact, Marco went so far as to hook me up with a brand new Rolex that had been sitting unworn in a collector’s safe. Needless to say, there is only one company I trust with any and all future watch purchases. That business is Luxury Bazaar. And it must be noted, Marco is the GOAT and will always respond to questions and concerns without hesitation. He is the consummate professional whose attention to detail with customer service is second to none. I simply cannot say enough about Marco and the team at Luxury Bazaar. The watch was as advertised, shipped immediately and I had it on my wrist in 48 hrs( would have been 24 hours but FedEx had driver issues due to fog). David Hattenschwiller was the person I spoke with and bought my watch from. It was a 2023 Rolex GMT Master II, steel and gold. I wasn't calling to buy a watch at that time but the more we talked about life in general and this watch I realized this was a chance in a lifetime to buy this watch at a reasonable price. He made it happen, price and all, a great guy to deal with and I left the experience knowing I had just made a new friend.

I have admired Cartier watches for decades. While I own a great deal of watches, my everyday go to is an Apple watch for fitness purposes. However, I was recently asked to pick a gift of jewelry that I would treasure forever and would be paid for by my brother. I immediately thought of a Cartier watch, thinking that a Tank would be best for me. However, due to poor eyesight and large bone structure, I decided on a man’s watch, the Pasha de Cartier Automatic in 18K gold and stainless, with an additional leather strap. In making the purchase, I was referred by a dear friend to Ana Tenenbaum, Head of Sales for the Watch Group. Ana is delightful, considerate, professional and just plain amazing! I was able to purchase a brand new watch at a substantially-reduced price from the same watch being offered by Cartier. It is GORGEOUS and I am now wearing two watches, I am right-handed, so I normally wear a watch on my left arm. That’s where my beautiful Cartier sits, while I wear my Apple watch on my rigt arm. It may be unusual, but it works for me.

I will also say that I have purchased jewelry in the past from Luxury Bazaar and they are completely legitimate. I initiated a wire transfer on 10/5, it was received Friday, 10/6 (thanks to my bank), and my watch arrived before 9 am on Monday, 10/9. And, it is legitimate, had never been registered with Cartier or worn in any way.

I could not be happier and would GLADLY recommend Ana to anyone desirous of a good watch!

Getting a quote was quick, organizing shipping to them was quick and easy, and the staff were very responsive to any questions I had (I worked with Marco for the most part). Once the sale was finalized the transfer of funds was very fast. Would recommend Luxury Bazaar if you want to consign your piece (and not get scammed off ebay haha).
