Booked a News Years holiday and was…
Booked a News Years holiday and was informed 6 days later it would need to be cancelled due to them double booking it.Had to then try and book another.

The lady I spoke to was great and remembered me from speaking to her recently which was lovely. She was extremely helpful and friendly customer service was excellent
Prices great too when comparing with other sites simple and easy to book will definitely be booking again

Disapointed in Aftercare
We got back from a visit to one of their Cornish properties around the end of September. The apartment we stayed in was nice however I’ve had real problems with the company since we returned. I sadly left my ring charger in the property we rented which isn’t easy to replace. I emailed straight away to ask if they’d found it and they emailed back to confirm they had. They said they would send it asap but nearly two months later they haven’t returned it and are ignoring my emails. I’ve even emailing every week, even twice a week to see if posted for them to say it will be next day and never is. The charger is new and worth £60 so I’d really like my property back. First time we ever used them and feel disappointed in the outcome.

We were sorry to hear you’d left something behind and understand how inconvenient it is to forget a personal item, especially something valuable.
We gently remind guests to check their belongings before departure however if something is misplaced, we always do our best to assist.
As soon as you contacted us, we liaised with the independent cleaning team who service the property to locate your charger, and they confirmed it had been found.
Although the cleaners are not part of our company, we have continued to follow up with them repeatedly on your behalf to try to secure its safe return.
We appreciate this delay has been disappointing. Please be assured that your emails have not been ignored, and we have been actively chasing updates each time you have contacted us.
We will continue to try and help you and will notify you of any updates when we receive them.

I wanted to change my arrival date from…
I wanted to change my arrival date from a Friday to a Saturday. The communication around this was excellent and quickly sorted. I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Last minute holiday.
Spoke to several people at Luxury Coastal who were all very friendly and helpful with our booking. Customer service was excellent. The apartment we booked down in Newquay is wonderful.

Just arrived to find the hot tub is dirty and the table had food on it still. Knives had food on still obviously not washed.
