Horrendous customer service. After spending over £1000, we needed a couple extra boards, so got in touch and ordered them. They arrived damaged. I thought no big deal, that happens so got in touch. They accused me of damaging them myself, said I had cut them already, all absolutely untrue. I stayed polite, explaining no, honestly, that’s how they arrived.

Accused of lying. Absolutely ridiculous company would stay well clear.

Nothing wrong with the board, but it is similar to other 7 samples of different companies. I selected this as it was the closest to the colour I wanted.
Now the delivery fee is very high and they are not bothered about business, so no discounts. That's also fair, as we are able to choose and not forced to buy.
My problem is with the fascia board. There is no difference between their deck board and fascia board. It says on the website that it is both grooved and wood, but apparently they are different, but when you order, you have no way to choose.

When I pointed this out, their first reply was to repeat the different colours and types of what they have. You already know this as you have ordered. Duh! When I asked again, they said they can't help.
Atleast accept your mistake, say that you can't help but will correct that. But they are on denial.
No use if you are having a decent product but lack customer centric approach.

First and Last time I have ordered something from this site.

They charged £110 for delivery but they then expect you to help unload the lorry. On the second delivery two of the boards were damaged and covered in bird poo under the packaging but they refused to replace. So buyer beware they try to offer you a refund for the two boards or send you half boards so they don’t have to pay the £110 delivery charge, but I ordered them because I actually needed them. I am not going to pay another £110 delivery to replace the damaged boards. Having spent a couple of thousand I’m not impressed, so now off to trading standards
