Item arrived eventually, was it worth 29.99!!! No!!! Cheap material and looked awful! And wasn't even the colour I was expecting. Don't waste your money on this website.

Do not buy from them scammer's I never received my parcel they don't answer emails the tracking is useless 3 weeks ago I did don't know where my parcel is . They want reporting absolutely disgusting

What a scam, ordered what looked like a lovely jumper only go receive something totally different, cheap and tacky! Just seen the reviews, stay away, you don't get what you order!

I am another fool who was caught by these scammers! I thought I bought a luxury cashmere jumper, waited for 3 weeks and received a Chinese rubish made of polyester and spandex!!!!
Absolutely horrible and disgusting!
The website is fake, the customer reviews on it are fake!

These are scammers. I ordered what was advertised as cashmere jumper. Took 3 weeks to arrive and is definitely not as advertised the garment label stated 95% polyester and 5% spandex

Like everyone else on here, I've been conned. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing: I ordered 3 of the cashmere polo neck sweaters. They took 2 weeks to arrive, had no brand label, no care or fabric label, no size label. Nothing. And arrived in a bag with no sender information inside or out, no delivery note. Nothing. They are not cashmere. Cheap polyester quality, & neck so tight there's uncomfortable pressure on the throat. I emailed them repeatedly but got no response other than a message stating "your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Please try resending the message later". I did & heard nothing. They have no other email or telephone contact provided. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I’m afraid I have been scammed by this dreadful company , Chinese rubbish . 3 weeks for a sweater to arrive which was advertised as cashmere but is absolute rubbish certainly not cashmere , no care labels or size label . Steer clear of these scammers ,

Ordered for a teenager who had requested some cozy pyjamas and sent the link. My fault, I should have checked! Chinese rubbish. Took forever to come and quality is dreadful and sizing all wrong! I will do my utmost to only buy British / European from now on!

I read all this negative reviews and I have exactly the same experience. Ordered cashmere jumper for a high price but got polyester and spandex. Not a chance for a refund. They offered just 10% despite of me saying that I have ordered cashmere not a cheap polyester jumper. At the end they said I can send an item on my own expense to China. Scam scam scam!!! Don’t buy anything.

I can only echo other reviews on thus platform. Quality dreadful & DESPITE WEBSITE CLAIMING THEY REFUND, THEY DO NOT!!

I ordered a fleece jacket, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. The quality was terrible. I emailed them, and they offered me a 10% partial discount. Absolutely disgrateful do not order anything from them. They should not be allowed to trade as they are sending items that do not match the description or picture.

Company is in breach of all Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations.

In essence, the quality and size of the products do not match the information advertised on the website.

I purchased two jumpers advertised as cashmere textiles. Particularly, one item titled Lucero, includes the word 'cashmere' predominantly on the product description. The jumper eventually arrived (from China) without one single tag. There is no textile information or even the laundry information. But it is absolutely obvious that this jumper is not 'made from premium cashmere' as advertised. It is clearly made of very cheap polyester, viscose and spandex! Additionally, there are a couple of defective/damaged pulled yarns and the colour is definitely not white as shown on the website.

The other jumper, titled Pamela is advertised as 'cashmere material: soft to the touch and ultra-comfortable'. Interestingly, the material tag states that the product is (clearly!) 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It also claims its 'superior quality: designed to last and retain its shape'. Visually, the pullover looks already completely out of shape!

I have reported the company to UKICC and ActionFraud. I will escalate it as far as I can go to get this company down!!

Scammers alert.
Everything they say that are cashmere on description is not cashmere.

If I could give no stars I would! Haven’t received my order, they don’t reply to some of my emails. When they do it’s always rest assured your safe with us your item is insured!! When I ask for a refund or any updates on my order they just ignore me!! Shocking please DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE!

I bought 2 clothing items that were described on Luxuryglow website as made respectively of wool and cashmere.
I received two very cheap items made of Polyester, Spandex and Elastane.
I claimed my money back and was offered only 40% refund and 25% discount coupon.
I have reported Luxuryglow to the Action Fraud and to Google Safe Browsing team.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They deceive customers by selling very cheap clothes as luxurious ones.

Do not shop here - their address is the UK, telephone number is France and bank account in HK. I rang and emailed they about the two items I had bought from them that hadn’t been delivered after 2 weeks and no response.

I wish I could give negative stars!! Absolute con artists, I ordered something for my wife and hadn’t checked them out first! For some reason I checked them out shortly after placing the order and I emailed them requesting an immediate cancellation. They didn’t want to know, saying it was too late as it was preparing to ship. Six days later it has still not shipped!!
I found out their domain site was only set up earlier this year and it expires in February 2025, classic potential scam business. They show a USA address, French phone number and product is shipped from China. Avoid like the plague. I have dealt with it via my bank. I did tell them I would contact my bank and they sent quite a threatening email back!!

The product is nothing like what is advertised

Scam! Items are not as described, not cashmere Although the website says that they do return, they will refuse and offer ridiculously small partial refunds. Absolutely dreadful please avoid do not get caught out

Bought 3 cashmere jumpers looking lovely on their website pictures. The products that arrived look nasty and are no cashmere at all but 95% polyester. The neck is so tight that it is literally choking. Totally unwearable. I have requested a refund and some lady called Emma replied that they do not have a return centre and offered a 10% discount if I keep this junk! Beware, this doesn't look like a honest business.
