I was kept informed of delivery and a great service from order to delivery. The bed is lovely and my daughter couldn't be happier with her first grown up double bed.

Ordered Tuscany sofa bed all in order lovely quality and comfortable fits perfectly in the room! Would definitely recommend and will be using again x

Poor service
I cannot comment on the bed , as we are still waiting for part of it to be delivered. It has been an utter fiasco. The courier service has been very poor.

Fast delivery and good communications
Fast delivery and good communications. Easy to assemble sofa bed. It took me half an hour to assemble it all alone. Very comfortable, looks sleek and stylish. For the price well worth the purchase.

Great experience
Great experience.
Bought a sofa bed from Luxury Life Furniture and throughout the entire process the team was really helpful. All the relevant information I needed I found on the website very easily so I was quietly confident I would not have any issues.
Shortly after completing my purchase I received the tracking details of my order - 4 days later I received my parcels.
I did need to reach out to the customer service team shortly after delivery with regards to assembly - Rachel was really helpful and guided me to a digital copy of the instructions and advised where they could be located within the packaging. I was told if I had any questions or needed any assistance then I should feel free to call the team again.
Having assembled the sofa bed I am really happy - the bed looks great and my overall experience fantastic.
Note: Luxury life furniture did ask if I would be happy to write a review for them, as I am sure you can tell from the above I was more than happy to do so
