This was my second time traveling with Monika and Greg, and once again they were absolutely wonderful. What could have been a very stressful day was made much easier thanks to their help and professionalism. Monika reminded me of crucial details regarding our journey with my dog, which saved us a lot of hassle on the day.

Greg traveled with us through snow and rain from Hamburg to London and, as always, made the journey comfortable by providing refreshments in his lovely car and stopping whenever we needed a toilet break or anything else. We also spent a long time at immigration, but Greg was very patient and waited with us!

They are truly exceptional. I will always choose them to transport my dog and me between the EU and the UK because I completely trust them to provide the best possible service — and my dog clearly trusts Greg too!

Our car broke down in France, leaving us with no option but to scrap it. We were worried about how to bring our senior dog back home without a vehicle. Just as promised, Octavian picked us up directly from our hotel and smoothly transported us to our initial stop in Folkestone, crossing the channel. Despite our elderly dog experiencing some stomach issues, Octavian remained incredibly friendly and composed.The following day, we continued our journey to North Wales, arriving directly at our home. The trip was peaceful, and Octavian was happy to make stops whenever necessary. We cannot thank you enough for coming to our rescue! We wholeheartedly recommend this company and Octavian for safe and efficient pet transport services.

Highly professional Company from start to finish! Really fast answers to all my questions, booking went smoothly and pickup aswell! From snacks and refreshments in the cars to absolute princess treatment this company actually goes above and beyond so I say its absolutely worth it. We recently had an emergency situation after our Romanian vet made mistakes with our dog’s deworming, and we needed urgent help getting back to the United Kingdom. Monica was incredibly professional and courteous while arranging everything for us, and Greg stepped in to take us across the shuttle at very short notice.
Greg arrived in a very well equipped vehicle that had everything our dog needed, including a secure basket and a proper restraining lead. From the moment we set off, he made the journey feel calm and comfortable. He is an excellent driver, confident, steady and very easy to trust. Throughout the entire trip he remained professional, reassuring and genuinely kind.

Monika & Greg were absolutely fantastic, We used them to bring our French Bulldog from Portugal back to the UK and we couldn’t have found a better company to do so.
