Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Opiniões

Simply amazing for both long and short drives!

This was the second time with Luxury Pet taxi and the service was amazing, we drove all the way from lake Como in Italy to London with ease and in great comfort and company.

Thanks to Greg the journey was super smooth, highly recommended to anyone that is looking for the perfect solution.

Thanks you for the great experience!

My wife and I recently moved from the US to the UK. Because the UK does not permit you to fly into the country with your pets in the cabin, we opted to fly to Paris and take the Luxury Pet Taxi to London. Between the extended trip and the extensive paperwork, we were admittedly stressed and exhausted when our driver, Jacob, picked us up.

Despite the long drive and the customs process, Jacob and the Luxury Pet Taxi team made our trip a lovely experience. It was by far the smoothest part of our trip, and their kindness was deeply appreciated. Even prior to the trip, they made it easy to schedule the pick-up and pay the fees.

If you’re like us and would prefer to avoid placing your pets in cargo, Luxury Pet Taxi is absolutely the way to go. Even if you’re price sensitive, we ultimately saved at least $2,500 flying to Paris and taking the Luxury Pet Taxi instead of utilizing one of the many services offering to fly our pets via cargo.

Thank you again, Monika, Jacob and everyone over at Luxury Pet Taxi. If we ever need services like this again, you’ll be our first call!

Luxury Pet Taxi was fantastic! Communication was clear and timely from start to finish. The driver was friendly and clearly cared about my pet’s comfort. The car was spotless and well-maintained, and they arrived right on time.

Highly recommend for safe, stress-free pet transport!

From start to finish we were kept informed of what would happen which helped immensely after a difficult few days. Octavian our driver went out of his way to make us comfortable even offering us the opportunity if needed to buy some groceries for our journey home.

Amazing experience from start to end

Thank you Greg and Monika for helping my pets and I move countries. The communication during booking was clear and always timely, with helpful information about the vehicle's capacity in advance.

On the day of the move, communication with Greg was very helpful and his help with loading the car was invaluable. Greg is a great driver, and the customs / pet registration process went great thanks to his experience. It is clear that he loves animals, and the ride was very pleasant. My dog who is normally nervous of strangers quickly became comfortable with Greg.

I could not have hoped for a smoother experience moving across countries. I highly recommend this company and team.

Thank you again!

We moved from Switzerland to Canada and Greg helped us to get to London from our Swiss home. The journey was great, he took care of every little detail. Before we left Monika was super helpful and very responsive and answered all all questions. Excellent service. Thx

Greg was absolutely amazing! He took us all the way from England to Paris with our dog Kahli 🐾, and made the entire journey smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was professional, kind, and so accommodating, especially with our fur baby. Everything was handled with care and great attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or travel experience. Thank you, Greg, for getting us to Paris safely. Highly recommend!

Great communication before the trip to let me know exactly what I needed. So helpful to load all my luggage in and a warm welcome for my dog Spot. It was greta just sitting back and knowing we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this best in class service to anyone travelling with their dog.

We traveled from Hailsham in East Sussex with our lovely dog Woody to Amsterdam

Fantastic experience ! Very high end, there is literally nothing to do besides sit and enjoy the trip. Very professional and friendly team

A big thank you to Luxury Pet Taxi for their excellent service during my journey from Paris to the UK. I was picked up promptly from CDG Airport, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. After completing the pet reception documentation in Paris — which took just 3–4 minutes — we proceeded toward the Eurotunnel.

The driver was incredibly helpful, assisting me with the pet reception procedures and ensuring everything went smoothly. We crossed the France–UK border without any issues and arrived at our destination right on time.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and support provided by Luxury Pet Taxi. It was a stress-free and comfortable journey, and I highly recommend their service to anyone traveling with pets. Thank you MONIKA for stepping in and helping out at the last minute — your support made all the difference and ensured everything went smoothly.

I had a last minute need to get from France to the UK and they were very responsive. My train got heavily delayed before I could get to Calais and they were willing to drive out and come get me which was very flexible.

This is a family run business with an emphasis on high quality service.

Great service, organisation and very pleasant experience overall! I totally recommend it 😊

Extraordinary experience with Luxury Pet Taxi. A company that I recommend both for its professionalism and for its human quality. The trip with Octavian was very pleasant, calm and safe and at all times it helped both me and Vilma when we needed it. I want to thank you for making this complicated trip back to our country of residence a really nice experience. Without a doubt, we will repeat and recommend it to those people who need to travel with their pet.

I recently used this pet taxi service to transport my dog from Calais to London, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and comforting for both me and my pet.

The booking process was straightforward, thanks to Monika as she kept me updated every step of the way. They were very clear about all the necessary documentation, which made me feel at ease knowing everything was in order for the trip.

The driver Greg was incredibly kind and gentle with my dog, ensuring that my pet was comfortable throughout the entire journey.

The vehicle was spotless and spacious, with plenty of room for me, my mom and my dog to relax. It was clear that the service takes great care in prioritising pet safety and well-being. Arriving in London was a breeze.

Overall, I highly recommend this service to anyone needing safe, reliable, and compassionate transport for their pets. Thank you Greg and Monika for providing such a wonderful experience.

Can’t go better than that, the best and smoothest ride, service, and experience with Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd. We decided to go from the airport in Paris to our London flat with our Bella the dachshund, and we can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience.
From the very start, the professionalism of the service stood out. The ride was not only comfortable but also thoroughly enjoyable, with a smooth journey from city to city. Our driver, Greg, who is also the owner, displayed a courteous and friendly demeanour, which made the trip even more pleasant.
The customer service team is lightning-fast in their prompt response to our arrangements, ensuring everything went smoothly.
We highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and joyful transportation. This top-notch service has genuinely exceeded our expectations. See ya again soon!

I cannot thank Luxury Pet Taxi enough for helping us with our relocation. From start to finish the whole experience with them was absolutely fantastic. Monika was so friendly yet extremely professional and efficient. Greg was a brilliant driver and took all the stress out of our journey with his expert knowledge of how everything worked at the euro tunnel. Our pups loved him too! I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone! Truly exceptional service. Thank you both so much.

We got in touch with Luxury Pet Taxi after our previous taxi had to cancel on us. Monika was super helpful in providing details around the trip and comfort in regards to the space available for all our luggage plus our dogs.

Our journey was from London to Frankfurt airport before jumping on a plane to USA. Our driver Greg was great, made us feel at ease and super knowledgable on timings of everything and helped us get through pet reception at Folkestone in a breeze.

The car was a large high spec people carrier with ample space for all our luggage (we were moving to America), our dog crate and still plenty of space for our dogs to sprawl out on the floor.

We will be travelling back and forth from the USA and will be using Luxury Pet Taxi in a heart beat when we bring our dogs back. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We recently travelled from London to Paris with Luxury Per Travel, and the service was simply impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

One of the highlights was the outstanding support they provided during our dog’s immigration process. They guided us through every step, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless.

From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luxury Per Travel to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality travel experience.
