The service I received from Luxury Shippers was amazing and I wish they were in charge of my move and not just my car. My car was picked up one day after my earliest delivery date, I was told I would receive it from CA to VA within 7-9 days and received it at my door in exactly 8. It was in pristine condition, still clean, no damage, and with the same driver who picked it up. As someone who values their car a lot, I would definitely recommend USLS and will use again if ever needed. Jackie was great to work with

I finally found the car I wanted. One small problem, it was 1,100 miles from my home. I contacted Jackie at U.S. Luxury shippers and quickly we settled on a date for shipment. The driver who handled the precious cargo was very courteous and provided me with updates when inclement weather delayed the delivery date. Thanks to U.S. Luxury Shippers my Chevrolet SS arrived in the same condition I saw it in when I purchased it. Pristine!

I researched several shippers to transport my new 2019 Corvette from New Hampshire to Montana in early December. U.S.Luxury Shippers was the quickest and most expensive by far, but it was worth it to me to have it before Christmas. They had it picked up within 2 days as promised and delivered to Montana in about 4 days which was great! When it arrived in the enclosed two car trailer it was filthy dirty and was covered in snow! The trailer appeared to be on it's last leg and had expandable foam sprayed in miscellaneous areas of they interior, however, they missed the leaking roof evidently. The biggest problem is that they transport the vehicles with the windows down so they can get in and out of them, so there was dirt and snow on the interior of the vehicle which was sickening. The driver apologized, but that doesn't solve the issue. I immediately called "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" several times and he didn't answer. I paid the driver in cash and signed his release reluctantly because he couldn't leave until I did. For the next 3 days I have tried to reach "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" by calling his direct line, business line and cell phone. He has NEVER returned my call! It should have been a red flag as to the kind of customer service this company offers when the communication all but stopped after I booked it and gave him my credit card deposit. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he won't return my calls after there was an issue. This could have been a better experience if there was communication.

Upon seeing this post "my contact at U.S. Luxury Shippers" contacted me and has offered to refund 250.00 to pay for some detailing. Better than nothing.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! I had relocated and had to leave my antique 911 behind with my mechanic in Fort Lauderdale for some repairs that were taking longer than expected. I called US Luxury Shippers in a panic and Jackie answered on the second ring. He completely understood my love of this automobile and the sentimental value attached to it (my recently deceased father had given it to me 25 years ago). He assured me it would be handled with the utmost care and respect. To my amazement he scheduled it to be picked up the next day. It was delivered to me in Cocoa, FL via private trailer in less than 28 hours in pristine condition. Manny, the driver called me with the expected delivery time and was right on schedule. I called last minute and had my car shipped from Miami to Buffalo in a matter of 2 days. Every other company I spoke to said it would 3-4 weeks. Overall, I had an incredible experience and I would highly recommended speaking to Jackie! I'll be using them again soon!

My dealer back east had some shippers they defaulted to that "Jay Leno uses". I called them to confirm pickup etc, and the dude gave me attitude when I groaned at the pickup/delivery times..."go find it faster if you want". OK! I called around and talked to a half dozen or so, and Jackie was by far the easier and gave me his word he'd have that car picked up by that weekend and at my house by the next, beating "Jay Leno's" guy by a week at best for same cost and higher quality I'm sure. My new Corvette was accompanied by 5 Lamborghini's, so she was in good company!

I live in California but bought a vintage car located in Connecticut, about as far away as could be. I shopped around for shipping quotes and when Jackie called me back (very quickly) I knew I had the right people for the job. The quote was reasonable (not the highest, not the lowest), but more importantly, Jackie took the time to discuss with me what I wanted and what mattered for a good long-distance enclosed shipment. His attention to assuring that I'd have great communication, quick service, and a known truck made it easy to pick US Luxury over all the generic truck brokers (where I've had a couple less-than-stellar experiences). We made the deal and when Jackie called back an hour later he already had a truck ready to pick up my car the next day! Delivery was promised to me within 7 days and sure enough, 6 days later I got a call from the driver to arrange delivery (I was given updates along the way as well). The driver was great and his enclosed trailer would make some people's homes look shabby! It was state-of-the-art in loading and storage technology and as clean as a showroom-new car. My car was delivered in pristine condition, having travelled on a truck carrying nothing but super-nice, covered cars. The word "Luxury" in their name isn't just a marketing ploy - it's apparently exactly what they do. I highly recommend Jackie and U.S. Luxury Shippers!
