My story goes like this had an appointment to have my dads truck picked up in Florida and brought to Longisland sent a friend to Florida to drive the truck to meet which shipper. Well they never showed up biggest problem is the house was sold and my friend had a flight out on Sunday. Great now what. Well I searched the web and found Jackie not only professional but the man has a huge heart he not only got my dads truck picked up but he got it picked the next morning and for a reasonable price for a last min pickup I was dumb founded when he called me back saying he got this done I can’t imagine how many calls he made after calling multiple transportation companies Jackie got it don’t. I had the drivers number and they were in full contact with letting me know we’re the truck was and when they were going to arrive. My hat goes off to Jackie for all u have done for me and my family. GREAT COMPANY !!!!!

Jackie worked so hard to get everything set up on the pickup location with the dealer. I have no idea how many calls he made, but he got everything worked out and got the car here ASAP! Amazing!

I bought a big Mercedes in TX and I live in Oregon. Got several bids to closed trailer it out and their bid was comparable to all the others.I investigated two other shippers but US Luxury had the best reviews. They picked the car up on a Monday morning and it was in my driveway on Thursday evening. Everything was with it--2 keys, owner's manual, etc. The car was flawless. Even enjoyed chatting about the Ukraine with the delivery driver!

The shippers were able to guarantee a 2-3 day window for pick up and delivered the car 2 days later, halfway across the country while delivering other cars along the way. These men worked cleanly, super fast,and extremely professional.

We booked on Wednesday and had a pickup on Friday. The trip from Florida to upstate NY was completed on Sunday. Our classic car was delivered in perfect condition to our door. We had to ship a golf cart from IL to FL. We had contacted another carrier, but they could not arrange the shipment right away. Once we contacted Luxury, they had the paperwork over to me and picked up the cart the next day. It was delivered two days later with no issues. Our contact was Jackie. I had to move an Acura MDX recently from Miami to Atlantic City between Christmas and New Years on short notice due to the early arrival from Germany of my new Macan S. (This is a difficult time of year because many drivers are at home and not on the road.) I received online bids from multiple brokers quoting lowball prices that generated no interest from drivers over a 7-day period. I then contacted my Porsche sales advisor who recommended US Luxury Shippers. Jackie provided a realistic quote that reflected local market conditions in Miami and promptly lined up a driver. On the day of the transport, there was an issue with the first driver not being able to coordinate the timing of the pickup of my SUV from the dealer's lot, but Jacke had already lined up a backup driver by the time I contacted him. Unfortunately, the second driver had mechanical issues with his rig, and Jackie found a third driver who was able to make the pickup a few days later. This was not an issue because I had already picked up my new car and the SUV was on the dealer's lot. (Their problem, not mine.) Jackie kept in touch and was immediately available during this ordeal. The move up North was further complicated by a severe blizzard in the entire Northeast and severe icing on the roads and bridges all the way down to Georgia. Noelia coordinated this part of the move and was very helpful, providing frequent updates from the driver, who was delayed several days due to the weather. The SUV was delivered without incident and received by the security desk at my condo in perfect condition. I was impressed by the personal service and timely communications provided by US Luxury Shippers and their skillful management of a variety of difficult logistical issues. I probably could have shipped the car for hundred or so dollars less if I had been willing to play the reverse auction game for another week, but I was constrained by the need to free up the slot in my garage. The personalized service and attention to detail from US Luxury Shippers was well worth the extra expense. I recommend them highly.
