We’d been looking to replace our ageing Adirondack chairs for some time and were pleased to discover the LuxWood Patio products.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish with personal delivery and set up by Tony and Meryl themselves.
We bought the chairs and side table at the end of the Summer so were only able to enjoy them briefly before the weather changed - they are very comfortable and look great in our garden. The chairs are quite expensive but worth it to have such a high quality product that we can leave out year round with no maintenance along with a lifetime guarantee.
Definitely a 5 star product and 5 star customer service!

These people have sussed the secret of running a successful business.

First of all, have a fantastic product with absolutely nothing to criticise about it.

Second, stand by your product so much that you are prepared to drive the length and breadth of the country to deliver it to customers' garden in person, where they set it up, answer any questions, and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. (Meryl and Tony are lovely people too, which helps!)

The consequence is, you have the happiest of all customer bases, all of whom give you 5* reviews - because anything else, frankly, would be just churlish.

We love our chairs - and have gone back to order the matching side table!

I finally ordered a chair and footrest at Southport Flower show.
I first sat on a chair 3 years ago, they are so comfy, nice and sturdy and above all, weather proof (both wind and rain)
I have been trying to decide where they would go in my new garden ever since. Meryl gave me a sample to take home last year to check my colour choice - lots to choose from!!
Tony and Meryl took my order and explained the payment and delivery process.
I was emailed the delivery day with a 2 hour window and sent a text with ETA on the day.
T & M brought the chair and footrest into my garden and put it where I wanted it. They showed my how to fold both the chair and footrest (even emailed me a YouTube video later)
Luckily we have had a couple of sunny days since and I've made good use of the furniture. I look forward to many more.
The service and product from Tony and Meryl is excellent, I can't praise them enough.
I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family.

Bought two chairs at Southport Flower Show. Tony and Meryl are extremely helpful, it’s a pleasure to do business with them. Importantly, the chairs themselves are great, they were delivered personally by Tony and Meryl, who were doing a nationwide delivery tour! Well done to you both, shame other businesses can’t be this good.

We had 2 chairs, foot rests and side table delivered last week.
The quality is a incredible. Heavy, solid and very comfortable.
The service is exceptionally good. We arranged a delivery date/time and we're kept up to date every step of the way.

Excellent company, great experience and the chairs are perfect, just what I’ve been looking for.

I don’t often spend a significant amount of money with a company I have no experience of, but there was something about their website and reviews that suggested this might be a little bit different - and indeed it was. First of all we were delighted with the product and that was enhanced by the level of service we received. From receiving the order to delivery, and then follow up, they managed to achieve that rarity of being both extremely professional and personal. A pleasure to deal with them.

Tony and Meryl run an amazing company with some of the best and most personalised customer service possible. I’m so pleased to have found Luxwood Patio to buy these perfect Adirondacks from. They’re definitely not the cheapest version of Adirondack chairs available, but they most certainly are the best quality with a lifetime warehouse, something that none of the others come with. The quality and finish of the materials are perfect and I cannot say that about a lot of products.

From the initial contact to the delivery and install, T&M have been amazing and we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking about getting these type of deck chairs. They really are comfortable and add functionality and beauty to your deck. I am actually writing this review whilst sitting in one right now!

I have wanted Adirondack chairs for sometime now, so suffice to say I had done a fair bit of research, as there seemed to be so many different types, but the one thing I liked about LucWoodPatio from the outset was how glowing the reviews were and how very happy their customers seemed. A lot of the time we may think that these reviews are not real or that they’re ‘staged’ somehow. All I can say is they were absolutely spot on! From the initial contact with Tony and Meryl, to arranging a delivery time, to meeting them, to the actual chairs themselves, they more than met and indeed exceeded my expectations of them and of the chairs themselves! The service I received from Tony and Meryl and their company, I sadly say, you don’t often receive in the UK, but it has restored my faith somewhat and I will be in no doubt that I will be going back to them when I want to buy more chairs and other furniture. I have become an advocate of their company and their product - my brother and sister-in-law are already very interested in buying some - and I will continue to do so, because great service like that deserves it. I’d been looking at the chairs for ages just waiting until I had my garden steps in that lead down to a board walk over a mill pond. As soon as the steps were in I placed the order and hoped they’d be with me in a couple of weeks. I received an email in a couple of hours saying I could take delivery the next day as I was lucky enough to be on the delivery route!

It was a super personal delivery by Tony and Meryl the next day and we’re over the moon with the chairs. Super comfortable, very stylish and sturdy good quality construction. They look amazing and they’re going to last for ever I can tell!

I ordered two chairs from LuxWoodPatio which were delivered in mid May. The whole process from ordering to delivery was first class. Tony and Meryl provided an excellent service and the product is excellent too.

Tony & Meryl were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! From the excellent communication about the chair delivery (which they personally do!) to customer follow-up after. As a long time owner of this type of chair I was delighted to find these non-wood versions as my wood ones rotted. The big selling point for me was also that they come fully assembled and ready to use.
