Obsolete Customer Service, Order arrived late due to stock take errors, not all parts of appliance were sent with order. Product has stopped working and no response

Obsolete Customer Service, no response to my numerous emails sent to luxxdesign,Tel 02073764251 has no VM available and they never pick up the phone. I purchased a 2nd Bugatti Volo Toaster from Luxxdesign in Jan 2026, after order arrived late due to their stock take mistakes, i tried to contact them as could not register appliance with manufacturer, Silvia never responded to my emails, within 4 months after purchase, grill panels stopped working. I have been trying to contact Silvia & Luxxdesign for 2 months to no avail. Plus no response in January regarding guarantee. I escalated it to Casa Bugatti in Italy, who responded regarding guarantee now registered but waiting an outcome regarding my claim. Extremely discontent with LuxxDesign after spending almost £346 on toasters. Not all parts arrived with the order either. Luxxdesign should not be in business

Avoid!

Do not purchase from Luxxdesign.com. Placed an order. Gave no estimated delivery date so I kept checking the tracker. After over a week there was still no change on the tracker to show it had been sent. I messaged to ask for an update. Received no reply to that email. Checked again a few days later to find the tracker showing they have refunded me. I haven’t received the refund. I have emailed and called with no response. The item is still showing as available to buy on their website.

Hello there are no false reviews here I am now going to upload screen shots of correspondence from others about you’re company witch all say the same thing so cannot be everyone you also go on to everyone else reviews and ble you’re customers I will upload all of these on to you’re Facebook page for everyone to see

What amazing customer service !
I had to contact this company regarding a recent purchase and within hours their UK contact - Steve Denny, got in touch
He was so helpful, kind and efficient
He immediately resolved my query without any issues
I would recommend this company to everyone
Complete end to end service
Something to be praised in today’s fast moving consumer society

I recently sent my kettle to Steve for repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. From the start, he was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Steve’s attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent service were truly outstanding. I highly recommend him for any repairs — he definitely goes above and beyond!

The lid snapped off myBugatti Vera…

The lid snapped off myBugatti Vera kettle. I rang luxxdesign and spoke to Steve who was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I sent the kettle to them and within a matter of a few days it was back looking literally as good as new. In a world where most things are awkward and complicated to navigate, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Great work luxxdesign👍

Had an issue with my bugatti blender…

Had an issue with my bugatti blender ordered a part than rang and steve the technician answered my call how brilliant was the service from him sent the blender to him got it all sorted and returned with i. Afew days absolute 7 star service.

Bugatti Vera Touch kettle problems

Our Bugatti kettle displayed a water level sensor issue that stopped it from functioning altogether. Steve at LuxxDesign was an absolute superstar in not only replacing the faulty sensor, but he also replaced the handle electrics and internal battery, the lid (which was cracked), and spent a lot of time deep cleaning the inside of the kettle after an unknown substance was found to be baked in to the bottom. Steve worked tirelessly to ensure the kettle was fully working again and provided regular updates with photos throughout. The kettle was returned to us looking and working like new again. We cannot thank Steve at LuxxDesign enough. He’s absolutely fantastic!!

Vera kettle replacement

I had an issue with the enamel on my Vera kettle. I bought the kettle some time ago so was not holding out much hope when I contacted Bugatti. They passed me on to LuxxDesign and Steve called me to say there was a known issue and that the kettle would be replaced. I just received it and Steve kept me advised through the whole process. Great service and a beautiful kettle.

First-rate customer service

Steve, Bugatti engineer at LuxxDesign, provided exemplary, first-class after-sales service when I contacted LuxxDesign on behalf of my Mum.
If only all companies & employees showed the same faultless level of customer care and communication!

Had issues with my Bugatti Vera kettle…

Had issues with my Bugatti Vera kettle lid not opening.Sent it to the service centre for repair and have to say the whole process ran like a dream.Fully kept up to speed by Silvia and a fantastic repair carried out by Steve.Steve rang me to advise what repairs had been carried out and these have been carried out to an excellent standard.Cant fault the service.

My White Buggati Kettle
I sent my white Buggati kettle in for repair due to the lid no longer opening. The service I received from Steve in Fulham, was an A1 service. He was responsive, caring and personable.

I had an issue with my Bugatti kettle…

I had an issue with my Bugatti kettle and it was swiftly and expertly resolved by Steve Denny at Luxxdesign.
Within a couple of days of my sending it for repair, it was returned to me this morning in excellent condition.
I just want to thank Steve at Luxx for all his advice and help.

5 star customer service

Had a problem with my bugatti kettle and Steve went above and beyond to have this fixed for me. Received a brand new kettle from bugatti. I could not be happier. His customer service from start to finish was unbelievable.
