I ordered glasses since November 2024, never received till date, sent multiple emails but all I get are excuses from them. They are scammers and liars! Don’t go near that website

I bought sunglasses for a gift and few days later the person I gifted them send me a picture of the box with this how it is being glued really cheap,looks like a fake imitation from one week no one replies to me as they have advised they will send a new box still nothing.
Big red flag I have asked them to provide NFC tag still haven't heard from them since.
I am writing to them every day no reply!!!

We did reply to your request and sent out a replacement box that said it was delivered. After you said you didn’t receive it we then sent out a third box to make sure you was satisfied
Great glasses
Great glasses, a little worried about their authenticity to start with but they seems genuine. Have the right box, warranty certificate cloth and carry case. Delivered in two days from order and I’ve saved over £400.

Great customer service. I wasn’t sure at first because I purchased via the pre-order but I’m glad i did. Arrived when they said it would. Will be buying again.

Fantastic site
I was a bit sceptical of this site at first, but I read the few reviews and decided to take a punt. The sunglasses I ordered arrive within two days from order and are exactly as they should be. I will definitely be ordering again and have created an account now.
