I am on the 3rd week, however everything is being amazing, this one of those initiatives that has a very clear direction and it is committed with the student. Lyfter is a company that really takes care of the students by teaching us in a very pragmatic and practical way to ensure the students obtain a very solid understanding and foundations.

The engagement of the Lyfter team is great, they are always aware of the questions that the students have, and they respond so quickly, the code reviews are great because they try to review as soon as we upload the tasks or the challenges, I think the mentorship about the professional profile is great, insightful and straight to the point. I'm happy we have people here in Costa Rica who want to help those who are confused about the path that should be taken and guide them during the learning process from scratch to the interview process.

Lifter is a such a great course because have a structure path of learning technical skills to become a full stack engineer, great community, great partners and the plus I consider is an outside the box feature is the activities outside the course, atendance virtual meeting, presencial meeting, fair about technologies making your self leave your comfort zone and expand your knowlegde and people in the enviroment.

Soy ingeniero en electrónica (hardware) y por varios años consideré que no era bueno programando después de llevar varios cursos en la universidad como extracurriculares en otras plataformas que me ayudaron a entender únicamente la teoría. Después de tener mis primeras conversaciones con Alek y su equipo decidí animarme a participar en el proyecto dado que necesitaba no solo entender la teoría sino 'echarme al agua' y realizar prácticas. El programa me ha gustado mucho aún partiendo que vengo con un background técnico, los ejercicios son retadores en algunas ocasiones y el equipo de coaches nos animan a continuar aprendiendo resolviendo nuestras dudas. Recomiendo el programa no solo como una inversión para mejorar nuestras technical skills sino para realizar un networking importante con diferentes ingenieros!

Actualmente soy manager de ingenieros de software y el programa me ha ayudado a motivar a mi equipo, poder resolver sus dudas de mejor manera y brindarme nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de mi empresa.

Lyfter study plan was awesome. It helped me to acquire the necessary knowledge to land a Full Stack role. Mentors are very helpful and they provide meaningful feedback that helps to grow faster and effectively.
