Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry about the delivery problems you had. According to the tracking information provided by UPS the parcel was left in your garage on 12/28/2023 12:07 P.M. As far as we know couriers are allowed to do that in the UK. Are you sure that you do not have the parcel in your garage? If so, please contact us at contact@lymeherbs.eu and we’ll submit a claim with UPS.

Thank you for providing a lifeline for people suffering with Lyme disease. The service you provide is wonderful and the range of products is vast. And it is wonderful that you provide such informative ebooks for free. Also delivery to New Zealand was very fast and efficient. Thank you for all you do!

-competative prising and best selection of herbs for Lyme's disease and co-infection sufferers that I know of
-The important thing about what the quality of the herb is I can't say for sure, as I just started taking the tinctures. They seem pretty effective. My hunch is though that judging from the relatively economical prising Lymeherbs products might not be fully pharmacoeia quality? But as I said I don't know for sure. Will be interesting to hear what Lymeherbs has to say about this. It would be good if they said something about the quality of they products on their website to re-assure people like me. Maybe they don't have to do this to sell!
-I phoned the customer service of the company a couple of times and once I got hold of customer service, which took a while, they were understanding, helpful and professional people!

Thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate it. As a business our philosophy is to do our best to help our customers to get better. We believe that this is the best outcome for our customers and for us as a business. In order to help them we believe that we need to provide three things:
- A lot of free information so that our customers know how to approach the therapy and get the best results from it. Due to this reason we have prepared free online books which are accessible for everyone. We also try to answer every question we receive. We do that for free regardless if the person is our client or not.
- We do our best to provide good quality products which work. We believe that if we offer poor quality products that would damage our brand in a long term.
- We do our best to offer the products in reasonable prices so that people can afford to buy the products they need. We are aware that many people within the Lyme community (and not only) are struggling financially so we focus our efforts on expanding our customer base rather than increasing prices in order to compensate for the rising costs. We are able to maintain relatively low prices due to long term relationships with local suppliers who provide raw materials with stable quality. Our tinctures are produced in Germany by subcontractor company which specializes in production of herbal extracts. The tinctures are produced with raw materials supplied by us. We test every batch of raw materials we receive. Typically, we use the same raw herbs we sell on our store as a raw materials for tincture production. If you wish to see the raw material you can buy raw herbs of the products you are interested in.
