Quick communication when I had ordered the wrong size

It was the customer service I received after a little trouble at checkout. It was all sorted so quickly which I really appreciated.

I bought the wrong size ! My mistake, but was replaced with just cost of postage. I didn’t have to return the wrong sized items . A great service

I ordered the wrong size and within minutes after messaging Lyn’s tanks they had reordered the right size and I kept the original ones as that is the policy… it’s not worth the postage and packaging costs to return so thankyou …I’m very happy with Lyn’s Tanks

Unfortunately the tank wasn't suitable for me as I have a prosthesis, but it is lovely. The staff have been very supportive too.

When I had questions about sizing I was answered promptly as with any other queries as well. I ordered, I was given updates about my order and when it arrived I received a personal email asking how it all went. Love my tops and I'll never go back to bras.

This company had outstanding communication. From the moment I ordered through to being refunded. They understood why I was disappointed with the tank tops and had felt misled by the adverts photos & videos. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, helpful and solution oriented.

They responded immediately and sorted out my issue with charm and grace.

The ordering process etc was fine but EXTREMELY disappointed with the colours - look NOTHING like the pictures on line or the descriptions ???
