Does a great job, he tells me what is happening at each phase of a repair or job, details are important, willing to do what I want but gives his opinion about what might work better. Only downside is that he seems very busy and may not complete a project when he tells me he will but it does get done and is always quality work. Really impressed with him. I will use the company again because I think he is honest, has integrity and is trustworthy!!
