As you progress through the conveyancing process, you are guided by teams who concentrate on their specific expertise.
It is an excellent way of working, as everyone knows exactly what their particular job is.

We used Lyons Bowe for writing our will through the Free Wills Network. It was a very straightforward process and would recommend to anyone looking to prepare a will.

I recently completed a house move and used Lyons Bowe for the conveyancing. From start to finish a great experience, everything dealt with quickly and efficiently. If I had any questions I could phone and they were always available to assist. Big shout out to Sian Shepard and Jayden Lyons who got the purchase completed quickly for me. Would recommend to anyone.

We used Lyons Bowe for our house sale and purchase. Both transactions were completed successfully and without any major problems.

The initial contact and set-up process was efficient and rapid but then our cases were handed over to the legal team for the main bulk of the work. Unfortunately, we were allocated someone who, frankly, should not have been in that role. They were extremely difficult to communicate with, slow to respond to calls and emails and often gave vague or unhelpful answers.

We struggled on, probably for too long, with this individual until, finally, we demanded that someone else take over our files. Thankfully, the moment this happened, everything changed completely and we had a first-class experience from then onwards.

In summary then, Lyons Bowe has an efficient process and some excellent people but was let down in our case by one individual. More importantly though, there must be a concern about an organisation which allows someone so unsuitable to be in a client-facing role when the reputation of the business is at stake.

Hopefully, appropriate action will be taken to prevent any similar recurrence.

Firstly, I seldom leave reviews, and only do so if I’ve received terrible or excellent service.
I recently used this company to carry out the conveyancing on a small parcel of land that I was purchasing . Everyone that I dealt with throughout the entire process was excellent. Queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process. The transaction was completed quickly, which was very important to me in this instance. I really couldn’t have asked for more, and I will certainly use them again in the future should the need arise.

We recently had a really frustrating experience with Lyon's Bowe Solicitors. Trying to get a simple query resolved felt like navigating a maze – passed from person to person, each seemingly less informed than the last. The lack of clear communication was a major issue; we constantly had to chase them for updates, and it felt like pulling teeth to get any information. On top of that, they often left us in the dark when it came to dealing with the management company and the seller's solicitors, causing unnecessary worry and stress. Even on the day we were supposed to exchange, they suddenly needed another document and then went silent, leaving us in the dark all day. To make matters worse, the advice we did receive often seemed vague and not tailored to our specific situation, making us question their expertise. Honestly, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, clear guidance, and efficiency, especially considering this process has dragged on for over 9 months, even with no onward chain. And to top it off, they kept adding significant charges onto the bill, which felt completely unjustified. Seriously, if you need solicitors, We can't emphasize enough that you should find someone else.

The Lyons Bowe team working on my deal helped me salvage a deal after a previously bad experience with a different conveyancers. The team at Lyons Bowe were all extremely professional, polite, courteous and efficient. Thank you so much to Connie, Shriyanthi and Ellie for such fantastic service that helped me complete on time!

Jonas Hee was the solicitor who was managing my case as a first-time buyer, and I am endlessly grateful for his prioritization, due diligence, and smooth handling of the entire process.

Throughout the entire process, Jonas was happy to answer all and any questions I had - which were quite a few, considering the whole process is very new to me! However, Jonas constantly put my mind to ease with timely, informative communication.
