Still have not received my full order - communication was not great until raised a question regarding the order - on line ordering fantastic but service sorry but being a first time user was not impressed with the level of service - weeks after the order still not received it all.
Order was raised on the 16th July.

Caroline Law is absolutely amazing to deal with. She deals with enquiries for our orders promptly and efficiently and she is very knowledgeable in her field.

My experience of Lyreco has been nothing but positive. 99.5% of my deliveries arrive as they should, and for the odd glitch (few and far between) we have experienced over the years, the Customer Service Department have been more than happy to help rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity. Simon has worked very hard along with Kirsten to correct the lateness of our order number 0180518, which
we placed with Lyreco on 23-06-2026, the order arrived extremely late and to add to our troubles the order was incorrect.
