A useless platform

A useless platform. I regret purchasing domains for my businesses here now both my websites are on client hold and the support says it's a report on abuse. I own a tech startup agency and it's all I do what sort of useless report or abuse are they talking about. Worst part is I just finally got my AWS credits yesterday which I intend to use for my app hosting and then the stupid registrar decided to screw me over nothing. This is the third time. I have lost a clients website and now two of mine at a go. They're just incompetent and full of excuses. Do not use them! Or risk losing your work, except you're not doing anything important. I should have gone for a better option but their prices were cheaper. Now I know why sadly 🥺

Update: Today September 29th Tuesday. I noticed my websites are back up and functioning normally after I verified as instructed. One thing though. I think it's proper to inform before taking down. There should be open communication via emails or the lytehosting client areas. Taking a business website down for a day is detrimental to business talk more multiple days. You can do better. Thank you.

Since the domain is currently on Client Hold/Server Hold at the registry level due to an abuse report, we will need to forward your case to our upstream/registry for further review.

Please provide the following documents by sending them to support@lytehosting.com:

A valid government-issued identification document

Business registration documents for the business associated with the website, if applicable

Any other relevant documents that can help verify the legitimate use and ownership of the domain

Once we receive the documents, we will forward them to our upstream for review and update you accordingly.

Customer Service and Humility

Due to warm, supportive and timely response of their customer service, they saved me from loosing a client yesterday they went ahead to even contact every relavant authories whom i or my clients supposed to reach out to independently just to address my problem at once.
