This company did a pretty great deal for me for a Prion build kit with an additional SSD drive. The wait of things were a bit lengthy but they were willing to update me and were friendly at all times.

Exceptional! The DIY kit i received was pretty easy to assemble in the end (took me a bit of time but wasn’t too difficult) there’s a wait time associated due to the component shortages going on but LyTE is getting through it and seem to care but 4 stars for now

I purchased my PC from here. I got a custom PC and overall have been incredibly happy with it. The processing time took longer than expected due to the component shortage but I totally understand and they were very transparent with it.

had to call customer service a couple times as well and every person I talked to was incredibly helpful and caring. Substantially better than any other company I have purchased a PC from. Next PC I get will definitely be from LYTE again!

Refurbished parts parts inside. Sent with used graphics card that expired 3 years before purchase and doesn't work after a couple months. Terrible customer service. Every time I have called I sit hours on hold. When they do remote in they fix it temporarily until the system goes down again. They admitted on chat that the Windows 10 update screwed up the system and told me to sell my faulty gpu to someone else for profit and buY one that works.

The best option would be to sell that faulty gpu for a profit and purchase an upgraded new unit.

So, I am pretty sure that is illegal. My son is 15 years old and earned every penny to buy this and it has been down more time than it has been up
