Laura was helpful, persistent and very efficient, and at last I have my timeshare cancelled. Previously I had instructed two different timeshare companies to do this, and neither managed to complete the work needed

We are still waiting for the Courts to decide when our appeal will happen. Victor is always available to answer any questions. Our case has taken longer than we expected but hopefully we are nearing completion. We appreciate that he is very busy but he always finds time to be of assistance. I have probably asked this question before, but why do some Marriott cases take longer than others to complete when all of their contracts are the same?
