Heavy duty built to last.
Great product and easy to install and adjust. Not just a canopy but one that has flexibility to adjust if needed. Appears seams are very strong and heavy gauged metal for corners and hardware to install.

Nice shades. Installation instructions could be better. Customer service could be a lot better.
Reef Roll shades are nice. Seem to be well made. Installation instructions could be better. Received 1 defective part which is the block that holds the cable in place. The threads were stripped. I emailed Maanta through their website and attached a picture of the stripped part. They replied, asking me to send more pictures but not of the defective part. They wanted pictures of the 2 roller shades. For what???
I’ve worked in manufacturing before. When a customer complains that a $2 part was received defective, you rush out a new part.

Had a problem with one of the sails
Had a problem with one of the sails, the dimensions were incorrect. The people at Maanta quickly and efficiently corrected the problem and got us the corrected sail within a very short period of time. The new sail is up and looks great.

One of the best experience of the product. Very well build easy DIY. The best experience with costumer service they help you and take care of you needs. Easy smart home integration with Google home, and homeassistant. I recommend to any one who want to have outdoor shades for back yard.

East facing lanai automatic shade solution
My two roller shades came in two boxes. One of the boxes sustained damage. One of the rollers was dented in the material track area. All the parts in that box made it even though some of the smaller parts could have fallen from the damaged hole. Would recommend smaller parts be placed in a large plastic bag and taped to the material bag. I was able to pry the dented area enough so the material could slide into the track, so no big deal. Installation proceeded by following the video guide. Went fairly easily, except for the alignment side to side, so my layout is not the same on each side. Again I could correct by redrilling both brackets of each shade to correct. The pairing of the remote video that i found on line should be included in the installation guide. That said i sure appreciated how easy it was to pair the remote and how nice the remote controls the shades. Had to extend the cable to reach the solar panels, but like the low voltage battery combination even though I have low voltage available for landscape lighting. So would have maybe preferred the option with no battery and no solar for those cases. In conclusion you have a great shade product that works well.

Customer satisfaction orientated CS team
Upon recieving our order for a custom sail shade we noted that the colour did not quite creespond to that we thought it would be. After a short delay in response from the CS team at Maanta we have been given nothing but rapid and constructive updates and suggestions on how to remedy the situation. At the time of writing this review, we are anticipating a positive conclusion to our situation and concerns and can only applaud the CS team for working diligently on our case.
