This software is awesome,the customer support is awesome.There has never been a time that I had problems and customer service did not respond,they madesure that I was satisfied.I will continue using them and if anyone is looking for the service they provide check them out you won't be disappointed.

We have been using Macsome’s, Spotify downloader, Tidal downloader, YouTube Music Downloader, and Apple Music Converter for over two years. They all work flawlessly. They are able to capture playlist and individual titles. and convert them to file formats that we like to use in Serato DJ Pro and other programs, including Pro-tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio and Reaper.

The quality of the programs are awesome and we find them indispensable in our work flow in music production, live some DJ projects, etc.

Macsome has a great support service, they respond almost immediately to email questions the send. I would highly recommend these products to anyone that needs them for downloading and conversion.

I really like the overall interface of the app on my Windows computer. The interface is very user friendly. The quality of the downloads were very good. Converting the songs was sometimes kind of slow, but I think it was because of the processor in my computer was older. I also like that fact that you can convert single songs or entire playlist.

I was recently at a DJ gig with a buddy of mine when he mentioned the use of Macsome YouTube Downloader. I was blown away with how easy it was to download all my favorite tracks that only YouTube has to offer! I’m already a Macsome Tidal Downloader and will definitely be using the YouTube Downloader as well. As you may already know, Tidal does not offer a lot of the tracks like YouTube does so this is a huge advantage! Cannot wait to being to use this!

I've paid for a monthly service, the money is wired, but the promised registration mail for login didn't arrive. I emailed support, which is supposed to be a 24 hour service, but no reply. Just send a second mail, but by now I'm a little stressed. This is supposed to be a trustworthy company, but this sucks. Also there is no telephone support and without registration, cancellation is also impossible so next month the same amount will be transferred.

Finalmente un programma completo ! Super consigliato , installato su PC windows non ho mai avuto problemi nel convertire. Possibilità di conversione in diversi formati da mp3 a flac a wav , ecc.
Nota positiva anche il supporto del servizio clienti per qualsiasi problematica mi hanno sempre risposto . Lo consiglio !!

I first signed up for Macsome Tidal Music Downloader back in December of 2023. I cannot say enough about this program! It converted all my Tidal Playlists into MP3's. As a DJ, I was in a pinch with an upcoming gig at a location that had little to no WiFi.

As many of you may know, Djing with Tidal relies 100% on WiFi. I was able to convert and save all my Playlists on my MacBook and was able to deliver yet another successful Dj session. I strongly recommend this program!!

Color Blankety is perfect, not too bright, not too pale, just perfect nude everyday color for me. Smell is good. I will buy again some other shades.

Great program, does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's also very easy to use, you don't have to be a computer expert for it. If you need music from your streaming service offline, this is exactly what you need. When I had some issues with my account, I got quick and good help from the Macsome team. I initially accidentally overpaid, but I got the money refunded within a day. I also got answers to other questions within a day, and they provided good help. In short, I would recommend this program to anyone who loves music and needs to be able to play this music somewhere in a playlist where they can't use a computer.

My only comment would be that it would be nice to be able to download multiple playlists at once, as it would make it even easier to quickly import your favorite music in an organized way. Apart from that, just compliments, keep it up Macsome!

I haven’t had any trouble at all to begin using Macsome Tidal Music Downloader at the first run. For new users, the interface presents some initial guidelines.
Macsome Tidal Music Downloader has a CONFIG button, which takes you to a form where you can select the file format of the output files (MP3, FLAC, AAC, WM, etc.). On this same form, you can select the bitrate and sample rate and the output folder. You can also select the way the output files are named and how the output folder should be organized.
After that, all you have to do is to select a Tidal playlist, drag it to a button and click the CONVERT button. The conversion is made fast.
To be perfect, I think that the price of the LIFETIME license should be lower. In my opinion, the software is overpriced and half the price they are charging would be a fair price.

Mi experiencia en el uso del software Macsome Spotify Downloader ha sido altamente gratificante, Ya que me permite de manera fácil é intuitiva manejar su interfaz la cual me parece muy amigable en su uso, también me parece muy buena la rapidez con la que realiza las tareas lo cual me hace considerarlo como uno de los mejores software de su categoría.
Otra de las características que me encantan de Macsome Spotify Downloader es en lo que refiere al servicio a clientes la cual me parece muy rapida y atenta, con una sincera actitud para resolver las dudas y necesidades de los usuarios.
En lo referente a la conversión de archivos, es realmente excelente, ya que puedo personalizar dichas tareas de acuerdo a mis necesidades y eso se agradece mucho.
Las actualizaciones de Macsome Spotify Downloader son de verdad constantes y en mi experiencia personal he podido constatar que siempre buscan resolver los errores con los cuales los usuarios nos pudiéramos encontrar, y en verdad lo hacen de manera rápida y eficiente.

I am a heavy user of Tidal. And I have several playlists to download. I met Macsome by chance. When I searched 'download Tidal music ', there are many searches to choose from.
I tried many similar tools and selected the Macsome. I really liked it. It helped me a lot. So easy to download my playlist and tracks. It didn't take me much time. And can convert Tidal hifi music to WAV or AIFF in lossless way, which is important for me.
Customer service is great too. I received excellent, speedy customer support when I had trouble purchasing it.
I would recommend this product!

A great way, to down load music to you laptop or computer. Signing up was hassle free and the cost is small in regards to what you get and go on to achieve with Macsome music converter. I have windows 10, i took out a months license, I am now going to take a yearly licence out.

I downloaded and have been using Macsome's Spotify Audio Converter Platinum for about two months now. So far it's been a consistently good app for MacOS; some other Spotify converters that I've tried have had iffy performance (not recognizing and/or converting all the songs I've tried), but I haven't had any problems with Macsome's MacOS app.

My main complaint with Macsome's software is that it's disproportionately expensive. In this case, $15 per month, $60 per year, or $130 for a lifetime license. Less than half that amount for each tier (maybe $5 / $20 / $50) would be more reasonable IMO.
