Stella in product support was quick to find what I was doing wrong. Excellent customer service.

Technical chat was great: Couldn‘t find the email with my license key. It looks like my email provider filtered the email completely. But within chat with tech support I could activate my OLM viewer software. It works quite well.

Efficient support and professional expertise. I experienced problems with the set up of MacSonik products. I got the needed support to get it solved in a very professional way.

Refused to refund the purchase when the software was handling time incorrectly.
The refund policy is useless as bugs are considered features so they won't refund.

Tech support was great. I'm not sure why I had to go to tech support to get a free add on feature but nonetheless, they helped me and were very efficient.

I had some issues with the download and getting logged in, but the tech support/customer service is stellar and they always resolve my issues quickly. Once I got set up and logged in, it is a great program!

Customer service is fantastic and really helpful. Software seems very good, trying it out for the first time and so far everything seems intuitive and very straight forward. Very good impression overall!

Edit: this product does not work with Proton Mail. Went back and forth with support (who wan't remote access onto my laptop which is not okay at all). Though the website says it supports Proton Mail, I got an email the next day from MacSonik support telling me that I can only use Proton tools. Misleading and bad customer service unfortunately so I had to change my rating.

MacSonik was easy to you use and worked as promised. There support was amazing. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

So i wanted to transfer files from my Mac Mail to Outlook. I looked all over the place for a paid version that did what it said on the tin.

I downloaded this app and initially, the demo version didn't work. I contacted the technical support line and within a short time it was fixed thanks to Rishu & Ahamad Raza

Like anything else, its a process you have to get used too. Once you know the processes and the little details it's great.

I had a problem getting a full series of contacts from a CSV file recognized by the CONTACTS app on my Macbook after the file was converted to a CVF. Shubham worked through an hour-long session to prove out the conversion process from the CSV file to the CVF format and we concluded that the full set of entries was being converted by the MacSonik App. The next step will be to sucessfully import the converted contacts into my Apple CONTACTS App and into my
iPhone.

A 20 minute online chat with Mr. Aditya from MacSonik's Technical Support Dept cleared up all my confusion. I am now happily converting MBOX exported from Apple Mail for Mac (Ventura) to PST and successfully importing them into my Exchange email service via Outlook for Windows (M365 edition).

Ranjan Kumar did an excellent job helping me navigate this new software. His expertise is invaluable and I am so thankful that I got him as my tech support tonight. He was quick and precise and knowledgeable of all the aspects of the software and met my need expeditiously. THANK YOU!!

Tech support was fantastic. I was in a jam that took all day. When I reached out via chat, the response was immediate. The person was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

A few weeks ago, I was desperate to split a HUGE (2,000) vcard file. Found the Merge/Spilt Tool and had some trouble with my Payment/Download. when they say 24/7 support, they mean it. It was the middle of the night, here. Mrnal helped me sort everything out. The next day, I want to use the app but ran into even more trouble. The 2,000 card file was massive and I was only able to create it in a weird way because it was from an ancient Android phone OS 7! I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to figure things out. In that case, my only option would have been to enter by hand, all the info on all 2,000 contacts!! It took quite awhile to sort it out, but the support person (Subrham?), was VERY patient and stuck with me the entire time. SUCCESS!!!!! Thank-you, forever, MacSonik!!

The Tech Support team was incredibly helpful! Software works perfectly for converting files into CSV format and organizing in Excel.

Very helpful support team and very happy with the way the software performed the tasks that I needed it to do.
Would recommend using this if you are looking to migrate your email database.
