Ordered car early March and was quoted 12 to 14 weeks. Alas have just cancelled order as the are unable to give a delivery date, All the information is there for them to pass on to customer but they do not seem to consider this is part of there work.
Please only Lease from the larger company's

I ordered a car in January of this year for delivery in April before my babies due date. I confirm the paperwork said estimated date however I was told this car was someone else's order who had cancelled and so if I phoned and paid that day it would be mine.
The car was then put back to June, then October. I had to contact mad sheep on both occasions to find this out. Nobody bothered to contact me or I could have found an alternative before my baby was born. I had to pay for taxis to get my little one to and from medical appointments causing huge stress. I contacted nissan and they eluded that it would have been unlikely April would have ever been given as a delivery date. I asked mad sheep for thier contact at nissan so I could confirm this but they refused.
I don't know the full truth but I feel I was mislead and my situation was taken advantage of. I asked for my admin fee back as a gesture of good will considering the impact the experience had on my mental health but this was also refused.

I would suggest you use another company

Second experience with MadSheep and once again from start to finish helpful. From the first contact with Jamie to progressing through the next stage with Hayley, everything was efficient & professional. Mad Sheep Leasing will be my first consideration for future leases. Highly recommend.

Where to start!!! Following a car accident which was no fault of my own, I went on the hunt for a new car - with new car leases being cheaper than old cars due to the chip shortage.
I had a look on carwow and messaged around to find the best deal on a brand new Nissan Juke. Yes Lease was the first company I came across and they had a pretty good deal... then I heard back from Mad Sheep Leasing who were not only able to match this deal but also offered me a cheaper admin fee AND a 7 week wait instead of 12 weeks (again due to the chip shortage with newer cars). I declined the deal with Yes Lease, who then told me Mad Sheep were lying about the wait time (clearly a red flag and so desperate). Anyway, this was absolute NONSENSE - I received my car in not only less than what I was originally promised but it was on my drive after only 2 WEEKS!!! HUGE thank you to Jamie - who was my first contact and helped everything run so smoothly. Not only was Jamie's customer service amazing but he also gave me a few courtesy calls just to make sure I was happy! Also a BIG thank you to Hayley who responded promptly to every email I sent (I sent many - sorry!), she was always available to answer any questions I had and also arranged the delivery of my car swiftly with no problems.
SO SO HAPPY - THANK YOU MAD SHEEP LEASING - YOU'RE THE BEST!

A disappointing experience. Place an order on 23rd july for an in stock car and advised 2-3 week delivery. Along the way we were advised of four different reasons for the delay of finance documents, a VWFS systems error, a pricing discrepancy, an issue with the government grant, and COVID... 4 weeks later we finally get the finance praperwork, but the damage had been done. We placed an order with another provider and paper work signed and delivery arranged within 1 day! Appreciate these issues we’re out of Mad Sheep’s control but the experience wasn’t a good one, due to the finance company they worked with (Stonacre). One other thing to note is that the admin fee is non refundable and this is taken at the beginning not on delivery like most other brokers. Thank you to Hayley for chasing the finance company - she did everything in her control.

Got the car I ordered on the day that I requested, without any problems. So, that's a big thumbs up from me.

I was leasing a car for the first time the staff I dealt with answered all my questions which were quite a few and guided me through the full process and nothing was any problem for them and this was an online purchase they helped me completing legal forms from the first contact till delivery of the car the communications and clarity of the process was amazing would not hesitate to use again
