speedy despatch
speedy despatch, very good stock range including hard to find items. My only gripe is no phone line to be able to ask technical details or get a swift resolution in case of issues with delivery. There is a live chat facility though but not quite as useful as a helpline. Seller recommended and would use again.

Good morning,
Many thanks for leaving lovely feedback! As a small company, it'd be difficult to manage a phone line right now. However, we're working on it!
Have a great day!

Bead spinner
Bead spinner, 13 days after order no sign and no replies to several emails despite despatch being said same day as order. Finally arrived but was not perfect, have had to “butcher” it a bit to spin smoothly as can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it, and it was supposed to be a gift, too late. Won’t use this company again

Hi Lisa,
I am so sorry for the problem you experienced with this order. Unfortunately there have been a number of delays with Royal Mail recently due to their ongoing strikes, so I am very sorry that the item didn't reach you sooner.
I have checked but unfortunately can't locate any emails from yourself aside from you initial enquiry before ordering. I have now reached out to you about how we can help resolve this for you, and am again so sorry about your experience with this order.
Kindest regards,
Beth

Quick Response and Good Quality Product.
First time using this company and was very pleased with the value and quality of the stainless steel tumbling media I purchased. Delivery was quick and the media is well packaged in a sturdy re-usable container.
Based on this experience, I would definitley recommend this company.

The first order was good, now frustrated and unchuffed.
The first order went through great with prompt delivery. I put a second order in but this arrived with a couple of missing items, not a great cause for concern as these things can be sorted out quickly.... That is until you try to find a phone number. Really frustrating as the messaging systems don't get a response. They are not in Durham but Hartlepool... HMmm, serves me right for dealing with Monkey Hangers I think.

Hi Marc,
I am so sorry that you were unable to get in contact with us, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find any emails from you about the missing items. Please can you let me know what these are and I will get this resolved as soon as possible for you?
I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed we are located in Hartlepool. We include Durham in our name as this is where the company was first formed, however our warehouse is indeed located in Hartlepool now.
Please let me know the missing items from your order and I will get these either sent out or refunded for you, and once again I am so sorry for the inconvenience.
Kindest regards,
Beth

Dear Kresimir,
I have just taken a look at the message you sent us. Please understand that will not tolerate the sort of offensive language in that email, nor should we have to.
Regarding your order to Croatia. Unfortunately, when sent economically, it can take more than two weeks. You did not opt to pay for tracking.
I have sent you proof of posting in the form of the Royal Mail label. You are welcome to get in touch with them to confirm it is genuine.
I hope the glass reaches you soon but rest assured, if it does not, you will be offered a replacement or refund.
Kind regards,
Leighton

Carson MiniBrite Slide-Out LED 5x Magnifier
I ordered a Carson MiniBrite Slide-Out LED 5x Magnifier for someone who has very poor eyesight, to replace one that had been lost. The order process was very straightforward and the item arrived on time as promised. Would recommend both the product and the company.
