I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for Kiran, who recently assisted me with the moving out process. Kiran's expertise and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Had an emergency for boiler reported and we waited all day for our area manager to contact us but no one came as I have a girl with asthma. The house is full of mould but no one has come to sort this out. Always feels like it's a war to resolve an issue with them

From the very beginning of the long process of selling my house, Madison Brook have been so helpful and supportive. Through no fault of theirs or mine, various buyers have come and gone, there have been issues aplenty, but everyone in the team have kept plugging away finding solutions, sourcing new buyers every time someone let me down, but we finally got there thankfully. Where do I start with this company and their level of superb customer service during my house purchase? Everyone I encountered were super helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish; particular mention of Jason who showed me the house, to Stuart who offered me amazing support through a rather convoluted and challenging sales process which were down to the sellers and my solicitors; I was almost giving up but Stuart was so supportive and really helped me to navigate the process so easily even more than the solicitors I was paying a lot of money to ! Thank you Stuart for all your help! I will give this company a 10 stars if I could, I will definitely use their services again and will also recommend them to others.

First time home buyer. My experience was made stress free by these guys and particularly lovely Jason Cole who handled everything with professionalism and empathy..would definitely use again.

This company has changed. They are rude and cannot help anyone when needed. I have a boiler which broke last night. I call the after care team and they kept on lying to me as no one called me to help my family. I am still waiting as my house is freezing cold but they are not bothered. I have been requesting my rear fence to be fixed for nearly a year and they have not bothered. I have had mould in the bathroom since day one and I was told it will be done but now they saying they cant help us. I have a safety concern regarding my back fence and my front door has been promised to be fixed and that has also not being done. Pathetic service and I wish I could get out of their property as soon as. I will take all my emails and time I have been asking for help further now. I have suffered mental stress because of them.

I used to recommended Madison brook but their services dont exist.

It was pleasure dealing with Stuart and Adam who were both exceptionally helpful in progressing the buying my first property. There was continued chase with solicitors and kept me well informed of any information they had. Also very quick in responding to emails as well as phone calls.
