Omsara's service is rigid and not customer friendly!
My experience with Omsara in relation to their returns policy has been awful and appalling. When they email return authorisation it has the instruction of where the parcel should be sent to, given that the location is not ten minutes out I had it delivered by hand, Omsara unit was not open so neighbour kept the parcel and signed for it.
When I emailed that the parcel had been dropped off they are refusing to accept this and collect it from the adjacent business and thus process my refund.
INSTEAD I'm required to retrieve the parcel and post it via a postal service (so assuming they can go and collect it when the postal service gets no
answer to their delivery attempt) - it is the most ridiculous and convoluted service I have encountered and Omsara has no concept of good customer service or what good customer experience means. I believe this is their way of getting out of having to process people's refund.
Continuing to disregard customer complaints and dissatisfaction is a sure way of running one's business to the ground - as an online provider the market is saturated with the same items found on other sites, in this case, I had located the same item at slightly reduced cost on various other sites after placing my order with them but know for future there will be no need to return to Omsara's appalling customer service treatment!
