3 stars for the terrible customer service. I tried quite a few of their products
, most of which were too strong for my sensitive skin to handle. I LOVED the get whipped night cream BUT at my most recent " try before you buy", since I've been looking for just a GREAT SMELL, I tried the TEMPT perfume, which, to me, is terrible. Smells like they mixed a pine cleaner in it, the customer service was not helpful in the return. The site never gave me the option to return this perfume, so that I wouldn't have to pay full price. ALSO, after being such a loyal customer with my monthly orders, I kept racking up LOYALTY POINTS...but they are impossible to use! AGAIN asking customer service for help with this, as I wanted to try new products and use my points, but they request screenshots of the process you WENT THOUGH making impossible to do because, well, I don't own a time machine. So I lost $$ in rewards, they are taking $79 for the perfume that is trash, AND I cancelled all future orders because of their terrible customer service. Everyday dose mushroom coffee has a customer service team that every other customer service could LEARN SOMETHING FROM. THEY ARE AMAZING. Maelys however, lost business, and I won't talk to anyone i know about the (ever changing style and AMOUNT) get whipped body cream I loved so much. UGH disappointed.
Not only do the products smell great, but they also feel great going on.

If I can give a-5 Star, I would!!! am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent "Try Before You Buy" order. Despite initiating a return 12 days after receipt—well within the established trial period—I have been charged the full amount of $188.29 without authorization.
My grievance is based on the following facts: I am in compliance with Terms because I initiated the return process within the trial window due to adverse health reactions to the product. Also, I have written correspondence confirming that I would only be charged for two specific items after the trial period concluded. Maelys has failed to honor these written terms. After more than 40 email exchanges, your representatives have offered dismissive excuses rather than addressing the documented discrepancy. Claiming a policy is "clear" after the fact (which the agent DID NOT! or I would have refused her recommendation). The refusal to issue a refund is unacceptable. I have retained all correspondence and documentation regarding this dispute. To say the least, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this company. There are far better products out there that will meet your needs and receive excellent customer service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

My biggest issue with this brand is that they trick you into signing up for a subscription service. They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but make it extremely difficult to return the product, and they keep charging you for it even after you've canceled. Ultimately, I feel like they are just trying to con you out of money.

I ordered the cream because of the great advertising and the allure of “try before u buy” which I instantly realized was not true! I was charged $6.45 plus $168.43. (Even tho the $168 is a pending charge) i was aware i would be charged both processing fees and the full amount ! I automatically was turned off and decided i don’t even want to try this product anymore! Now that i just received the package, im trying to send it back and im being told (threw email of course since the don’t have a number) that i can’t return the product! I feel like I’ve been robbed! This isn’t what I expected from such a highly successful company!

Maelys customer service has to be bots. I exchanged 30 emails with at least 12 different names. None of them were humans. They kept repeating their policy over and over again. All said the same thing. I explained that the lady at the post office obviously didn't scan both of the return labels, because Maelys only refunded one of them, but kept stating their policy, like I didn't understand it. Three times I sent the post office receipt which clearly showed two packages were going to the same address. The PO tracking numbers both showed that they were delivered. Yet since she apparently only scanned one box, they would not consider that they still received both back. So they'll keep my $50 for product, and resell it since it's unopened, and make double, on me. I'll never order their products again. Not sure what all the hype is about, the B-Glowy doesn't do anything at all. Total waste of money, and time with the CS Bots. P.S. after posting this review, I got yet another message from their "CS" asking for my order number to look into it further. I've seriously had this repetitive request, and the same outcome, 3 times. This company gaslights you into thinking this next person will help, but they don't. They just explain again their policy, thinking maybe you didn't understand it the first 30 times. I found more people on Reddit saying the exact same thing about the CS. Buyer beware...

Yes like everyone I too want a quick body redo just like you see in the adds...But real life yes it boosts self confidence and gives us a feeling of hope or control to reach our goals...Yes I didnt realize I was put on a subscription until it said they tried to charge me, but I keep my cards locked up, and got my subscription canceled...If I decide to buy again I will definitely go with my first choice of the Line with the Get Dreamy because it works faster

DO NOT BUY FROM MAELYS. This company is an absolute nightmare and I genuinely cannot believe they are allowed to operate like this. I purchased TWO products from them and had one of the most disgusting skin reactions I have ever experienced in my life. I have never reacted to skincare/body products like this before, and it was honestly alarming.
The second I realized what their products were doing to my skin, I reached out for a return within the trial period only for them to refuse to give me an actual refund. Instead, they offered me STORE CREDIT. For what exactly?? Why on earth would I want credit to buy MORE garbage?
At that point I was beyond disgusted. It honestly makes me question the quality and safety of what they are selling. The entire experience left me wondering if they are recycling returned products or cutting corners somewhere because NO legitimate skincare company should be causing reactions like that and then refusing accountability when customers complain.
And don’t even get me started on their “customer service,” if you can even call it that. It is nothing but useless AI-generated copy-and-paste nonsense on repeat. Every response is automated, cold, and completely unhelpful. No real person. No real assistance. No actual care for customers whatsoever. Just the same robotic nonsense over and over while they dodge responsibility.
This company clearly cares more about keeping your money than customer safety or satisfaction. Their products are trash, their customer service is trash, and their refund policy is shady and predatory. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this company.
Save your skin, save your money, and buy from literally anywhere else.

I'm very disappointed in the buy now, pay later process.
They say it's a hold on your account, and it's literally a hold but the consumer does not have access to the 125.00 and it does reflect on the bank statement. Once you return, the hold is released, and then the money is once again available, which is essentially a purchase. I will not buy products from Maely's again.

This company is extremely misleading ,buyer beware.
I signed up for their “try before you buy” offer for GET-DREAMY, and not only did the product do absolutely nothing, but my cart was automatically loaded with additional “free gift” items that I never selected or wanted.
Here’s the catch: those “free gifts” aren’t really free. When I reached out (literally ONE day outside the trial window), I made it clear I was not asking for a refund on the main product — only the unused, unopened items that were added without my consent.
They refused. No flexibility, no accountability, just copy-and-paste policy responses.
So to be clear:
They can add items to your cart without you actively choosing them, but once you’re outside their strict window (even by a day), you’re stuck paying for everything.. even things you never wanted or used.
That’s not customer service, that’s a trap.
Save your money and avoid the headache.

I made an order and 2 hours later cancelled. They will not allow me to cancel even though they have not shipped anything as yet but they already charged my account. I have to wait on them to ship and return their products by a certain time. Even Amazon allows you to cancel orders that are not shipped and they are bigger this company. Very shady.

I had the try before you buy products -which you have 21 days to use it to decide if you want it. After 2 weeks I saw no difference and sent it back. I used the label they sent me and put everything back in the same box that they shipped to me. I realized a few weeks later that they charged me $138.00. I emailed them and they said that I didn't use their label - which I did use! On their website it says Money Back Guarantee! -don't believe them! The product doesn't work and they won't give you your money back!

Of coarse I was skeptical. But I gave it a try anyway. I bought get dreamy and now I'm addicted. It smells so nice and there was a bonus I didn't expect. I had some stretch marks, they faded I can hardly see them. May tummy is tighter,and I had some age spots. All gone. I took a chance on this product and I'm so glad I did. I bought this on repeat monthly,I think I'll keep it that way. Love this product can't wait to try others

I like the feel of the creme. It does not have heavy smell and I can feel a slight heating when I use the product. It lasts a long time too, just a little is needed. Works better when using with a thermal built. A bit pricey

Purchased the Get-Dreamy with a promotional try before you buy $5. I used it and it did nothing so I planned on returning it before my time was up to do so. Before I could even do that, I noticed my credit card had been charged for $125. I emailed the company and was told I was charged because I went past my time window of returning it, yet I never received any kind of email or notification of any kind asking me if I was going to return. I specifically asked in the email to cancel any type of subscription I have so if I get charged again, I’m gonna have to dispute my credit card. I should’ve known better than to fall for this scam but because this is a pretty well-known namebrand, I thought I would try it. Regrets!

I hate this company it’s been HELL dealing with them! I did the trial just wanted to try the get dreamy body cream, but they bully you into trying over 200.00 worth of other stuff. I inquired about returning all the other stuff I really didn’t want. And was offers 20% off to keep it! Well they charged my main bank account the full amount of 239.00. Since I used PayPal so this morning I have a 160.50 charge from them on PayPal! They charged both accounts for shipping also! I am a widow on survivors benefits I cannot afford their B.S. signed DONT DO IT!
