Waste of money
We bought the Magaluf Events Ultimate Package expecting all the things listed as included and were given a total disappointment. We collected our wristbands from our rep on arrival day and he bugged it up so much about how good the events were and things that were included. We were left really disappointed when we had to constantly text the numbers given to chase up event details hours before because we had been given nothing. All the events were free entry anyway so others without the wristband were involved in same event, no special changes on the event night to when it is open other nights. No HD photography included this was an extra charge and not cheap, no food discounts as explained to us. No free shirt as advertised, no drink included on events that advertised it. We paid extra for the ‘up to no Good Friday event’ as they explained the drinking games and pub crawl concept to only have one drinking game and they stopped it after 10 people drinking so didn’t get to play. Really let down by this wristband as we was hoping it would save us money as explained when in reality we’ve paid £139 extra and got nothing different to others who didn’t have it. Not worth the money and definitely better to just go to the events when you’re there as other reps & bar staff agreed!

It is really disappointing to see that you have written a review which is completely not true. Spreading misinformation can be very damaging for a business and it is a real shame that you have wrote a review that is simply not true.
Firstly, When you arrived to collect your wristbands, you planned all of the events with the rep. You were then given tickets for each event - written on each ticket is the start time and the location of the event. If this is not clear enough for you, we also offer 24/7 in resort rep service and I can confirm that no text messages were sent to that number so whomever you were texting, it was not the number provided on our website nor did you send any email to our official email address.
Secondly, your statement "All of the events are free anyway" Is a ludicrous remark to make. Gringos bingo is 45gbp, the boat party is 65gbp, the white party is 30gbp - that alone is the cost of the package and you received much more than that for the 139gbp that you paid. I am not sure what you gain from making stuff up but if that is your prerogative then so be it!!
Furthermore, the free Tshirt is collected from Mavara Lounge, I can see you received a text message about that for the afterparty! (along with messages for Gringos and Boat party meeting point and info time so more untrue information that you had to keep chasing for info...) The food discounts are included at Tom Browns and blackbeards bar and grill along with discounts at the VIBE shop and tattoo nation Each event gives you a free welcome drink except for Gringos Bingo.
I am genuinely baffled at your review as the comments you have made are simply not true - apart from the fact that other reps agreed! Of course they would - they want you to buy their package !!!
I hope next time you decide to review a company you actually mention facts!
