I couldn’t be happier with my MagBak iPhone 16 Pro case. The build quality is excellent—it feels premium in hand while still being slim and not adding unnecessary bulk. The magnetic strength is seriously impressive, making it perfect for mounting and everyday use without worrying about it slipping.
What really sets MagBak apart, though, is their customer service. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product this well.

I love the products (phone case and wireless charger) but had issues with both relating to the magnets. MagBak immediately responded to my concerns and fixed the issues ASAP. You cannot beat the customer support

I had a phone cover which broke after…
I had a phone cover which broke after 10 months. I asked for a replacement and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. No issues whatsoever agreed to send a new one out straight away. I wish more companies had this sort of endeavour with their customers.

No case is perfect. This case rocks though. For ONCE all the silicone pieces are replaceable! I love to fidget with the silicone pieces and I even got a free replacement for the finger loop I tore up.

Customer service is horrible!!
Very frustrated with Magbak’s customer service, sent in a reply 5 days ago and have not heard anything from them, the case was great for 2 months but the newly designed camera button has split from the case and now is not functioning properly. It is also shocking to me that a cell phone case company has no contact number for support.
For such a premium price I expected at least an average level customer service. This is abysmal!

I've had your phone case on my s24u for about 2 years now. I already knew I loved it but the other morning really sealed the deal. I stuck my phone to the outside of my driver door of my 4runner while I put things in my trunk and forgot it was there. Drove home from work at 6am about 17 miles with my music still playing through AA. Made it all the way home before I noticed my phone was STILL stuck to the outside of my driver door when I went to grab my things to go inside. I've told all my friends my dumb move and their comments are all the same, WOW THATS A STRONG MAGNET!
Hilariously true story and thankful your case kept my phone safe.

Best case yet
Best case yet. I honestly love these cases. I randomly use the magnetic feature more often than I initially thought. Sometimes I’ll even stick it to the side of my car while loading the car and to free up a hand. Such a great feature. Built well and a great company, with phenomenal customer service.

I am enjoying the case for my s26 ultra.
The texture of the case is perfect, a solid blend of smooth and grip. The interchange buttons and grips are a fantastic idea! The pinky pillow is the feature I didn't know I needed! It's great because it helps prevent debris into your charger port also! An option for a different color pinky pillow would be sweet! Installing the screen protector made made easy!
Customer service is top notch! I definitely recommend!
