Great company, recommended by a friend.The customer service is friendly, supportive, a big 5 stars to RJ, manager and Dean; both great! The site is clean, well equiped, secure and well structured.

I have been using this firm since 2008 from time to time and the staff are always very helpful. I recently got an opportunity to buy an antique dresser at a bargain price but didn't immediately have room for it in my house so contacted RJ for help. He found a suitable available unit and told me that I was still in time for 3 months of half price storage in a Black Friday offer! So I went ahead and bought it and now have it in my house, all thanks to RJ's quick thinking. Must say that Basil was also involved in helping me. So a big thank you to St Albans Magenta.

This is my local storage unit. It is quite close to central Oxford so it is expensive. However, upon talking to Shah, Maya and Len they were happy to explain that Magenta price match Big Yellow and Storage King. They will also price match on storage insurance.
The team were always very friendly and helpful and happy to to take the time to discuss things and find a storage solution to my needs. Were there were a couple of issues (rivet missing on a lock bracket, and personal code for out of hours access) they dealt with the issues promptly and without me feeling like I had inconvenienced them. Overall I have been extremely happy with the service I have received.

Our experience with Magenta Banbury over the last few months has been extremely positive and we highly recommend them.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Moving is so stressful and they took the worry out of our storage problems and made the whole process so much easier.

Magenta is in a fantastic location by the M40 and the storage units are very reasonably priced, clean and very secure.

We had the use of loading/unloading bays with a choice of large and small trolleys and two good sized lifts.

During our stay we downsized our unit twice as we moved our things into our new home and this was done at a time to suit us. All the paperwork and refunds were taken care of by the wonderful staff.

A toilet on site is also a great asset :)

We actually miss popping into the office for a natter and seeing your cheerful smiles.

When Magenta opened in my home town, they were a breath of fresh air with good deals and a personal approach to their business. Sadly, management changes and above inflation increases have exposed Magenta as being little different to other storage companies.
Magenta are now just another storage company, no more or no less.

Amazing here Kirsty and the team are always incredible and if you’re lucky enough to be welcomed by bear then thats just a bonus!!

I’ve been a customer at this location since day one, and even six to eight months before that at the old site. The staff have always been good and professional, but over the past while I feel Magenta has reached its highest standard yet. Their customer service is second to none.
The manager, Lana, along with the two staff members Kirsty and Abdi — and of course the lovely mascot Bear (Kirsty’s gorgeous dog) — are simply the best team I’ve ever dealt with in any self-storage facility, and I’ve rented several units over the years.
Kirsty and Abdi who are onsite every day are always polite, professional and consistently go the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied. Without a shadow of a doubt, they are a real asset to the company and I truly hope Magenta look after them because they are exceptional.

It’s becoming increasingly rare these days to come across customer service that is acceptable - magenta outshines EVERYONE. The staff there honestly couldn't do any more for me. I needed storage which was a little more complicated than the average hire, and all the staff I spoke to were extremely patient, and talked me through all options. I would recommend magenta to everyone and many of my friends and work colleagues will be using their facilities in the near future

The facility is relatively new, is clean and well organised.
The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful, we dealt initially with Kirsty who set up the arrangement for us in a very efficient and speedy way, explained everything clearly and concisely and made it all terribly easy. We later dealt with Abdi who sorted me out with the technology which was beyond my capability, his beaming smile and urgency was infectious.

I honestly very rarely write review but Magenta Storage Oxford have been above and beyond fantastic from the start. The day I moved in, Jamie handled everything and made it all so smooth and efficient, helping me and my dad as we moved in, even though it was a last-minute booking he got everything ready that day. His help and efficiency made life a lot easier. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite and courteous, and I’ve especially appreciated the email interactions with Shah, the manager - he’s always attentive, responsive pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. This place is located incredibly close to Oxford and I think makes your life so much easier as a student storing things!

Abdi, he's very friendly, very polite and very helpful. I came to check something about my unit and needs to do something with it. He helps me a lot about my enquiries and my needs. I asked about other things and he tried his best to help out, which amazed me and very down to earth. He always tried to find an answer and understand my situation rather than declining me straight away. I felt like I'm a valuable customer as well though I don't have lots or big units in the company.
