This is how my order arrived. I spoke with one of your representatives who told me to wash it and the stain would come off. I followed the instructions and washed it, but the stain is still there. This order was quite expensive, and it is unacceptable for it to arrive in this condition.
Great customer service skills, they were able to resolve my concerns and frustration with the delivery provider even through it was not the maghribi’s fault and they went above and beyond to help me.
I will definitely be purchasing in the future.
Took a whole month to receive the order and only received the order because I messaged on Instagram, even then they did not respond to any messages not even the instagram message. i also emailed weeks before and it was ignored fully with no response. its probably just one person with a day job who doesn't prioritise their business or just cant be bothered! I see many reviews with similar experiences. The service is unacceptable so i would suggest you go elsewhere- I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are from the owners friends or the owner themselves! If i never chased up through instagram (emailed weeks before) I'd probs be still waiting i was going to do chargeback if i had no movement. I still had no response to my messages so awful service and I will not recommend this company. Need to improve the basics if they expect to survive as a business! Not good enough and borderline close to a scam!
After receiving a stained Kaftan I sent it back for an exchange. However after weeks of not receiving the thobe I enquired to which they said it had been sent out and they would email the tracking number. After that they completely disappeared. I messaged on Instagram and I can see my message has been read, but they chose not to reply. While I was a loyal customer and my first few orders were fine, the last two were complete disasters — it’s not worth gambling to see if they’ll give what you paid for or not so i’d advise against purchasing from them. Using the excuse that they’re a small team doesn’t cut it anymore, this is a continuous pattern. Ignoring someone is a decision.

I ordered Gandouras from Maghribi during Ramadan for Eid for my family and the thobes were amazing! The quality was very premium, not cheap. Will be buying from them again next year inshaAllah.
The quality of the Thobes are the best in the industry. Versatile clothing that can be worn in a casual setting and also for special days or events like Eid and weddings. Customer service is professional. Maghribi as a whole is faultless.
Great service from maghribi, quality on their thobes are like no other. Always very helpful & would highly recommend to anyone. Purchased several thobes from them & have always been back for more !

Maghribi thobes are top quality. I own four and they’ve outlasted every other brand I’ve tried, even after years of wear. The customer service is always spot on, and delivery is consistently on time. Highly recommend.

The quality of the thobes for the prices are amazing!!! Bought morrocan thobes before and fabric always seems to ruin after a few washes but these are amazing quality! The sizing was perfect and the colours are just the best 🙌🙌🙌

Ordered 9th May, took almost a month for it to come and in that entire time I had absolutely ZERO updates on the process, shipping or if it has even been sent. Contacted the team via instagram and email, took weeks to respond, in the end they sent me the wrong size. They still take days or even over a week to respond, the customer service is awful. Last time I ordered something I didn't receive it so had to contact them. Turns out it wasn't in stock, so we had to contact them ourselves to let them know and they gave a refund. They didn't let anyone know of the issues. Till this day they still don't respond and my issue hasn't been resolved. I wouldn't recommend. They're gunna have issues again with their terrible service and organisation. It's honestly just a scam and these guys charge so much money. If you don't fix up your business will be devoid of barakah, buyers have rights, the responses they give when they do actually respond are far from sufficient as well. Don't buy from here, save your money and buy from elsewhere.

SCAMMERS! These liars will use muslim title to gain customers but when it comes to business they lie and wont send you full order then when u ask for refund they will ignore you! This is my 4th order from them and each time theres been an issue! I messaged them for 2 months and they ignored so i had to go through my credit card company to ask for my refund! Be careful brothers and dont give your money to these low life scammig liars from Maghribi.Co. I hope you guys go broke and Allah strips away all barakah from your business !

These people are scammers! They'll say they've shipped the items, followed by an email saying we'll update the tracking number later. After sending them email over and over, they finally will say the courier agent couldn't ship to your location. And then they'll just stop communicating with you after.

The quality of thobes is poor.
Tried to get a refund via email, insta etc within the refund period.
Said they would send a replacement.
Didnt.
It's been months and they have been airing me.
Customer service is atrocious/non existent.
It was all just a money grab.

I ordert from them at the 18th of March 2024 an amount of 190€ and got nothing send. I tried to contact them per email and per DM and they didn’t reply. So probably they are scammers
I ordered on the 31st of march. I didn't have eid clothes this last Eid. They also don't respond to emails and deleting comments on social media!
