The first time I played I didn't accept any bonus because I know the wagering requirements are usually high. I lost approx £400. No wins really at all. The second time I went on hesitantly and won over £500. It was pretty much throwing money at me. Went on again and won over another £500. Downsides is the long wait for withdrawals such as the 36 hours pending and not going into paypal account at the weekend. Sometimes games pay out well other times nothing at all. Seems to be from one extreme to the next for me. Alright site.

Deposited £874 playing online games. Didn't win a thing. Not even a bonus, even at a £1 stake. Suppose its my own fault playing that amount but surely there would be some sort of bonus or half decent win... But f#@k all.

First off I made a deposit and then couldn’t access the site for 3hrs but overlooked that as technical faults happen. Anyway won a small amount and decided to cash out well that was Saturday it’s now Tuesday and still pending. No confirmation email or Acknowledgement whatsoever. Same as the rest of the reviews. They use the bonus system to 'scam' you out of your money. Of course it is not a literal scam, however even reading through all of the terms and conditions doesn't help with this site.

They put a maximum withdrawable of £50 on the 20 spins bonus. Which I, and I'm sure everyone else, would take as the most you can withdraw from any bonus winnings generated from the free spins. Anyway, I won around £5 from the free spins and from that won £180, but continued as the wagering requirement was 25x. Upon reaching this I still had £120, but knew I could only withdraw £50 of this so pressed for another spin. It glitched and my money went down to £10!!

I complained, stating the terms and conditions said the withdrawable amount was £50, with not one mention of £10 anywhere. This was there BS excuse:

We would like to clarify that as per the registration, it indeed states as quoted, that ‘A maximum withdrawable amount of £50 applies to the bonus winnings generated from Free Spins. Any excess amount will be declared null and void.’



We will take this opportunity to shed some light that maximum convertible amount is not the same as maximum withdrawable amount.



From the bonus itself, the maximum amount that will convert to real balance upon fulfilment of wagering requirements is £10.



However, players can churn this real balance of £10 and keep on wagering with it up to £50 and withdraw the latter, hence where the term ‘maximum withdrawable amount’ comes to light.

Deposited £20 and accepted the bonus, within minutes my account was locked!!

Went through to the chat facility and said my account had been locked for security reasons (no proper explanation given) so I requested a refund of the £20 and they refused saying id played part of it.

Ive played many online casinos and NEVER has one blatantly ripped me off like this.

I am making a complaint to the Gambling commission about the illegal practices of this site and strongly suggest you stay away from it.

Use more legitimate sites such as virgin or jackpot joy because here, as other reviewers have stated, it is a SCAM

I must say this has been horrible experience playing with magical Vegas. i have lost thousands and I will not be going back to them. i feel really let down by them, and please take my honesty and stay clear. I will not be returning or giving them anymore of my money.

Having use the free spins I thought I deposit and try the site for real.
