In the beginning, they were awesome! They had an amazing inventory of magick products, including herbs, oils, tarot, oracle, crystals, books, etc. There were always great sales and awsome prices. They even had guest speakers or deck creators who would autograph decks. They were my go to for all things magick! They must have filed bankruptcy as they eventually had things back-ordered way too long, became unresponsive, and fulfillment stopped altogether. They eventually changed their name and offerings, and now no longer seem to exist. They weren't transparent hence all the bad reviews. People just want to know what's going on!

After paying thousands to her for work she never verifies gets done and with zero results I can surely say this is a pure SCAM. Any reputable place will refund your money or keep working the services till there is positive results.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS SITE AND PERSON. She Is completely a Fraud. There is no work being done for you. I was too naive about this kind of thing and continued to order work.
NOT ONE TIME WAS THERE A POSITIVE RESULT. She now refuses to answer my emails. I spent a LOT of money and ordered many services. None of which worked even in the slightest.

Magick, Magick Planet, & now known as CastSpells.com had my original post be removed from trustpilot for being too darn truthful. That’s alright karma always gets back those who owe it, they should have known better than to actually spite real practitioner. I was being gracious and hoping this company would get it together but reading two years later reviews- They haven’t and this insidious company still manages to stay up float by taking advantage of those people who see a mirage of “discounts/deals” and are able to grasp on money with their fraud. No real witch wants to sue but it’s going to find itself within the wrong hands of a really spiteful witch one day and glory be thy name! Sorry to all those spiritualist people out there who are struggling financially and got ripped off by this ever name changing company. You will get blessed three fold and you know how the rest goes for this crappy company… whether they’re affected through the company or their actual personal lives.

Like many others here, I placed an order way back in April, and was charged, but items were never delivered. I sent several follow-up emails requesting status, with no response. Today I decided to send one last request, and it seems they have shut down the site, and opened a new one called Cast Spells. The email was also undeliverable. The phones were never answered. Please let this be a warning to any potential future customers.

This website is a scam. I placed an order on April 6, 2025, and to this day I haven't received what I ordered, but they charged my card. I sent them several emails and never received a response. I called the number listed on the website, but it wasn't working. Today I tried again, but to my surprise, the company changed its name. It's no longer Magick.com, it's castspells.com, and now they don't have an email address or phone number to contact them. You just have to fill out a form, which I just did. Let's see how it goes with them now. Please stay away from that website.

Magick.com is apparently now castspells.com. It looks like they just keep opening up under different names, after they rip people off and close.
I bought from magick.com earlier this year. They never sent the products and never answered any of my emails. I never received a refund. Now I get an email from them which is a advertisement to buy things. Unsubscribing.

So I put an order in a few months ago and like everyone else I got scammed. I checked the website today and it redirected to a new website called castspells.com. It appears that Magick.com is no longer running but the scammers continue under a new site. They have a bunch of Halloween costumes in addition to the regular items. Gotta keep current with season, I guess.

If you recently purchased something email them telling them you want to cancel your order and call your bank to dispute the charge. They never refunded me after not shipping my item for 4 months and when I reached out regarding my refund they stopped responding whole company is just a scam

This store is a scam. I never got the items I ordered and had to make a claim with my bank. Its a shame since the selection seems nice but you won't actually get what you order.

If I could give them a “-10” I would but all centered around their horrible customer service. I have unfortunately placed several orders with them and most have been with one issue or another. The products are actually very good, ranging from average to high quality, whatever your pocketbook can afford but generally less than anywhere else. However, it is worth paying a bit more somewhere else than dealing with them. It takes them weeks to send your stuff or they just don’t send your stuff but charge your credit card anyways. When on the super super rare occasion Isabel replies she is rude! Best advise is don’t buy from this unethical (doesn’t send your products or refund your money) and horrible customer servicecompany.

This place is a scam! Immediately took my money and said my order was processing well after two emails and 6 months it's still "processing". This website is a complete scam! Shame on them.

Placed an order in May of 2024 and still no product. Get the runaround from their support when an inquiry is made and it is 4 weeks or more wait between the inquiry and the response from the company. How California AG allows this company to still operate is crazy considering how many have this exact issue.

I placed an order in February and started calling them in March looking for delivery. Like most, I did get an email saying the order is being processed, weeks went on and still not received. Called several more times, and the last time I asked for a refund. They gave me a confirmation number but never received a refund. Called again with no success. Contacted BBB and they contacted them with no response and it was kicked back to me. At this point, I make it a ritual to call them occasionally. How can they ever stay in business, let alone look at themselves in the mirror?

I placed an order and they received my payment. I never received my order. I contacted them 3 times by email and phone conversation. When I went back to the website to see if they had shipped it but not only had my order disappeared by my account and past order history was gone. They kept my money.

This site is a scam. They only sent me a couple of items from my order I placed back in January. The packing slip had little scribbles on it marking the items they did not ship. No refund, no other form of communication noting what the scribbles were. I’ve been trying to contact them for the last 5 months and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. They will steal your money. Please learn from my experience and save yourself - do not place an order with this company.

Scam. Nice web page put together but it is a total scam. I hope they get caught.

I placed an order Jan 2025 and haven’t received my order. It is now May 2025 and still no merchandise or refund. They refuse to answer emails sent requesting a refund. There is no phone number to call to speak with a person. I will be reporting this company to BBA.

Do not order from this garbage business. I placed an order on April 25, have contacted them through email about six or seven times with no response. I’ve also tried calling, but cannot get through. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this business.
