Using this tool has been very beneficial, really enables you to focus on communication with individuals and their families rather than capturing notes during calls and visits. Has cut down on admin time which in turn increases productivity and gives more time to those we are supporting. Very happy SW!

Magic Notes has really helped the team operationally save time with typing up/admin related tasks. It helps to ensure the meeting is being captured without loosing the personal touch of being able to interact positively with the other person(s) because you aren't having to write the contents up yourself. It helps to summarise large team meetings and you can reformat the meeting into different styles.

I love magic notes, wish they had brought it in years ago. It mean that the majority of my meetings are now turned into instant minutes which can then be copied across to the system, meaning more information is recorded. I like the fact that it is a secure portal. I like you can ask it to put in more detail so you can have a basic summary of the discussions and actions or you can have a more detailed set of minutes. I have been using it for about three months and it has cut down my work load considerably.

I found it an intuitive app - so even with very little training, you can find you way around it and make really useful, quick notes of meetings, with clear actions. The templates are helpful, but think about what you want from the notes and be specific with your requests to edit - then I find you need far less editing and you can get the notes from even a long meeting out within a very short space of time, typically within an hour of the meeting ending. The initial choosing a window and turning on the audio for hybrid meetings is a bit clunky and I've had one experience of thinking I was recording and I wasn't, but if you are sure to check the volume graphic is moving, that usually means all is on track.

I have completed a review in a care home , I accessed online care records and needed to document data detailing care calls frequency for multiple tasks . I noted the data by hand and then later recorded myself reading the data , I had to pause the recording multiple times as I worked through each section . The transcript was then provided , it read as a summary and included information as concerns and follow up actions - very impressed !!

Magic notes is an absolute game changer. It has helped me focus on my work as a social worker- I am able to have more meaningful discussions, and focus on my meetings instead of typing my notes. Duplication of work, admin work has reduced to maybe 20% and I couldn't be happier going out and listening to people with full attention and focus, and making them literally feel heard!

Just started using this - I am not great with IT , but for a start - my carer supervisions are uploaded much quicker - the quality of the report is great - a gamechanger !

Magic Notes is an excellent tool for use in Social work and I would always recommend it. Magic Notes is unable to capture foreign names/surnames, therefore it is useful for this sort of information to be spelt during the conversation or meeting.

Magic Notes is fabulous to use when consent is given by the clients or family.

Magic Notes has been a great and beneficial tool in my role. It has helped me streamline my work and keep track of important details. However, there is room for improvement.
One key feature that could be enhanced is the ability to upload documents or paste in work that was completed outside of Magic Notes. This would allow for more complete write-ups and better integration with existing work.

Overall, I’ve found Magic Notes to be a valuable tool, but with these improvements, it could become truly exceptional in supporting the efficiency of completing administrative task.

New to using magic notes but used it for the first time to do supervision and it captured accurately the key issues and formatted it for me which was helpful

It's really helpful and effective means I can concentrate on the conversation and be less worried about the notes I need to write as I struggled to read my writing if I am writing quickly. It is really accurate and better than words dictate for picking up what is said there is less errors in transcribing and misinterpreting.
I appreciate this cannot be helped with AI as this is not a replacement for associate degree or team manager skills but sometimes on the proofreading you need to re edit where it is misunderstood or interpreted to ensure that the meaning is correct this it's not something I think can be fixed it is just showing the importance of proofreading fully before attaching in case it is giving a misinterpreted impression

Significantly reduce the time spent on write ups

AI is increasingly becoming a must to increase productivity but to retain the human side, the magic is in the directions you give and is only restricted by your own imagination. The first generation of the notes are just the start of the magic...but you are the conductor with the mike!

Since using Magic Notes, it has saved me lots of time, which I can spend on other tasks or visits. Alongside assessments, I find using it for dictation after a lengthy telephone call, or an MDT meeting great, as it is professionally written to whichever style of writing you request.

Career changing!!
As a social worker with ADHD and Dyslexia, this has changed my life. It feels like it is the key to a lot of the problems I have had since beginning my career in social work, late recording / taking a long time to record visits due to processing my analysis and feeling overwhelmed with information - Magic Notes takes away that pressure. I am going to be lost without it if I have to lose it.
