I'm so happy to rewrite my review about the Magic Story Books. I gave this company a very bad review something I never like to do. However I received a very nice call from a very nice gentleman today, after reviewing my account come to find out it was my fault. I won't call the gentleman's name however I'm sure he knows who he is I had 2 account not one, I gave the company (5 stars once before & I stand by that once again.) Not only did he help me with the duplicate book, he also helped me with my subscription. Thank you so much for all your help today, & GOD BLESS YOU & THE COMPANY.

Two girl grandkids and their faces adorable! Story and books lovely! Collins Grace is a girl! You have zero options for her T-shirt color! All boy! The Easter book shows bare feet. You added black and white boyish tennis shoes! You definitely need more options for girls! I was extremely sad about my first book for her Easter basket; I couldn’t give you a 5 star! Maybe next time! I will look for definitely more girls pictures! Dresses don’t always go with many of your story lines but still offering some pink and lavender choices will be needed! My sisters books are great but she buys for 4 boys! Thank you!

Update to my review:
After my negative review on Trust Pilot and social media another person in Customer Service contacted me, and they agreed to refund me the cost of the book (less shipping fee). So I have changed my 2-star rating to 3-stars. It shouldn't take negative reviews and 5 emails back and forth for them to honor their money-back satisfaction guarantee. I will not order from them again, because they do not allow you to review the whole book before purchase.
This company does not honor it's 30-day money-back guarantee, and their customer service is only by email -no phone number, no chat. I signed up for a Magic Story subscription, and uploaded my grandson's facial image (he was wearing a black tux and bowtie in the image, but the clothing in the image just showed the shoulders of the tux and the bowtie). The first book I chose was The Magic Baseball. I asked if I could preview the full story before purchasing, but they don't allow story previews, only image previews. The hardcover book arrived and is good quality, and my grandson's image in the book looks just like him. BUT my grandson is wearing a black tux throughout the book - when he's at the baseball field, playing baseball with his teammates (who are in baseball uniforms), fielding the ball in the outfield, and when he's in bed!!! That's ridiculous! At no point during the creation of the image or in the instructions did it mention they would be wearing the same clothes as in the uploaded photo. That makes no sense. They only need the face to add to their story image templates. So, I emailed customer support and requested they refund me under their advertised 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. Customer Service Roxanne responded "At this time, we aren’t able to process a refund for your order. Sorry for the disappointment". After 3 emails back and forth, I asked WHY they won't honor their M-B guarantee, but I never received an answer or a refund. I have cancelled my subscription, obviously, and do not recommend this company.

These books are so beautifully designed. My granddaughters absolutely adore being the main show stopper in the story. At ages 2 & 3, they instantly knew the character was them & smiled ear to ear.
