However, please don’t worry — we have now cancelled both your subscription and the recent order, and a full refund has been issued. You will not be charged again going forward.

I’m really sorry for the frustration.

When placing an order, there are two options shown above the “Add to Cart” button: a one-time purchase and a subscription option (which includes an additional discount). In this case, the subscription option was selected. This is also clearly shown in the cart, on the checkout page, and in the confirmation email you receive after purchase — where the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Some of our customers prefer the subscription as they like to replace their cloths regularly for hygiene reasons and benefit from the extra discount.

That said, no worries — we’ve cancelled your subscription, and you will not be charged again.

For refund requests, please contact our customer support team at support@magicwipe.com, and they will assist you promptly.

Unfortunately, it appears the delivery address entered during checkout was incorrect.
