Managed to adjust my journey while in the taxi due to needing a new destination after my train was cancelled. Top job, 5 stars

The driver was very polite and followed instructions on dropping my friend at her home on the way back to mine .
The price was reasonable,

Always use this taxi firm ...make you feel so comfy even when travelling alone .. very polite and friendly...cars are always clean and tidy

Taxi drive past so a second one was sent. I paid on card for the first one and they put it down as cash for the second one. I rang into the office and they said they would send me a link to pay. Then my Daughter called stating that the driver was antagonising her, following her in the car and recording her on his phone. This is what they do to young girls!! Police have been informed.
