Absolutely terrible service. I've had an internet connection with Magti for five weeks, and this is the second time I've been without internet for an extended period, and I have no way of reaching customer service. It's simply absurd. Since yesterday, I've been trying, but after a 30-minute wait, the call gets disconnected, and I have to try again. After more than three hours on hold, I still haven't reached anyone. It's ridiculous and completely unacceptable for a company like Magti.
I'm switching to Silknet now; I've had enough.

I have no internet connection for a while now and they are charging me daily. They even charged 3Gel to pause my internet lol
All I can say is that pigs are running this company. Only care is for their pockets!!!
NOT Recommended!!! Specially for Foreign guests who visit Georgia. Better to choose other providers.
Terrible Home and mobile internet
Terrible Home and mobile internet, Terrible service on the phone, you have to wait for 5-10 minutes and be lucky if someone responds to your needs. Company does not care customers, but mostly dominates market and sometimes you dont have choice. Wont recommand to anyone who has choice.

customer service is poor and The frequency is bad
First of all, the customer service is poor. They do not respond to my email address, and when I call, I wait about five minutes. When I ask if you speak English, the line is closed. I call again. If I am lucky enough to find an employee who speaks English, he will tell you to turn off the mobile phone, wait five minutes, and turn it back on. This is just nonsense. To be honest, I once met an employee who understands English, and he admitted that they had a technical fault.

Magticom is a really flexible telecom service provider as compared to many others. I love that you can top up whatever amount is comfortable for you without any pressure.. it makes things so convenient. Interruptions of the network are rare, but they DO HAPPEN. as for the phone communication, it works perfectly. The only thing that could use improvement is the internet service. They should reach the point when there are not downtimes at all
Disappointing Experience with Customer Support and Payment Processing
I recently had a frustrating experience with Magticom that I feel compelled to share. After paying for my Internet services through their website using the Google Pay option, my bank account was charged immediately. However, my Internet balance was not updated, leaving me without service.
After waiting for 8 hours, I reached out to their customer support for assistance. I was directed to their financial department, where I was informed that they could not see the transaction on their end. I was advised to either make the payment again (ridiculous) or contact my bank for assistance. Upon contacting my bank, I was assured that the payment had been processed correctly and that Magticom had received the funds. I have informed Magticom of my bank's response.
Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Magticom has continued to ignore my concerns. As a result, my bank has filed a chargeback claim on my behalf. Unfortunately, the support I received from Magticom was extremely unsatisfactory. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of urgency in resolving the issue.

Garbage mobile data and my friends wifi sometimes turns off or lags really hard. 2 stars wouldn't recommend.
Awful operator!
Right now I'm sitting and waiting for an operator's response for more than 20 minutes! Everything lags, a personal account from 2001, the Internet is intermittent, advertising promises are not fulfilled at all! 5G coverage is indicated, I live almost in the center, coverage on all sides, no 5G! Home Internet is generally the bottom! Breaks, drops, the speed fluctuates all the time, at any time of the day or night! Disgusting operator!

Don't try to buy an esim online. Immediately after you authorize the payment and the money is taken from your bank account, a "payment denied" error appears. And finally, you'll end up with no QR or other way to set the eSim you paid for.

Literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever seen. Cuts off the internet at random hours, awful internet speed, gets cut off in some random places in the city for no reason once you walk past those places, it is so expensive for such bad internet and so much more I could write about this awful company but it will take forever to write.
If you visit Georgia, go for Silknet, at least they’re a little bit better, not by much but Magti is the absolute worst internet provider in history
8 Mbps in 2024 in Saburtalo, Tbilisi
We have Magti in the office, and this is terrible. The band is 8 Mbps... lol, today is 2024, hello! And they don't have a wider band for businesses. And we don't have an alternative, as they are the only provider in the building. After negotiating they offered us a fantastic offer: upgrade from 8 to 10 Mbps for an additional 145 lari a month ($50). What a joke.

Magti is the reason i'll move to another country
I live in Tbilisi pretty close to center (Saburtalo district), and my magti internet experience is like I'm on a distant island. It claims to have speed of 30 mbps with my tariff, but every day it randomly drops to 1-2 mbps for a long period of time. The worst part is that these drops come simultaneously for 4G mobile internet and my home wifi, so you can't really switch between the two. Even worse is the fact that they don't really have an online support service. Even if you try to contact them by mail, they will reply "call us". On top of this pile of crap, Magti is basically a monopolist here, with almost no competition, so you don't really get to choose.
I'm thinking of leaving Georgia behind mainly because of this Magti nonsense.
