The positive: They were able to come the next day and the maids were very nice.
The negative: They quoted the price of first visit between $360 and $420. They charged the max of $420.
My house is cleaned every two weeks professionally and has been for years. My prior company could not accomodate a change in dates so I tried Maid Brigade. I personally had made sure the house was in excellent order for the new service. When they took a long time, closed off two of the rooms they were to clean. I expected a great deal but I had to tell the younger one to clean under the sofa as I could see the dust still. To me, this is a racket and I should only have been charged the lower rate. The administrators missed an opportunity for a faithful customer as I had my prior cleaning company for years. They are in my humble opinion misguided crooks who lost a customer. I am always generous with the cleaners and gave them each a $20 tip, but I will NEVER CALL MAID BRIGADE AGAIN!
Maid Brigade did good work in deep cleaning the house. I also got service for sofa set and mattress cleaning work. And I liked their proactive approach, timely response and quality work.
